My family (wife and two small kids) visited the place for the first time. It needs to say that we are quite demanding not easy to please guests :) Overall the hotel is nice - very private, dining is appropriate (Water and Ouzerie restaurants are the best for us). Water is as clean. It has everything you normally expect from luxury hotel in Greece , no complains. but what made real difference is the attitude. Thanks to staff and especially personal assistant Ioanna. She made our stay really special and memorable - we had endless requests especially for kids and she solved with ease, being in touch 24/7, arranging everything including my daughter birthday, wonderful cake (which wasn’t easy taking into account our allergies), balloons and many more. In general we really stay in one place looking for better but thanks to Ioanna and the rest of the team most probably come next year. Thanks guys and looking forward to seeing your again.

This is my second time and definitely not the last time at sani dunes. Im making this to my family tradition because we love it so much! Everything is absolutely perfect. We love that its so easy to just enjoy and have everything taken care of to perfection. The beach is always a highlight for us. Amazing service and beautiful in itself. The restaurants are ALL delicious and again service its excellent. For sure a big reason why we keep coming is Ionna. She manages the suite collection and goes above and beyond for us to have a perfect vacation. She is available literally 24/7 always kind, checks on us personally and is always in a positive mood. She really puts the experience on the next level. The experience is definitely worth the money and I can’t wait for our next vacation there. Also just to mention, the rooms are very comfortable, very clean and taken care of!

We spent two wonderful weeks at Sani Dunes with my wife, our early-teenage boys and my parents. It is difficult to imagine a resort better suited to three generations of one family.
The resort is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The gardens immediately transport you to a place of calm and tranquillity, while the sparkling Mediterranean, deep blue skies and beautiful beaches create the perfect environment to relax and enjoy everything Sani has to offer.
The choice and quality of restaurants is exceptional. The food and service are of such a high standard that many could comfortably compete with some of the finest restaurants in the great cities of the world.
For my parents, the buggy service around the resort was particularly impressive — fast, safe and completely worry-free. It meant they could enjoy the whole resort without feeling restricted in any way.
But what really elevates Sani Dunes above other luxury resorts is the extraordinary quality of the people and the service. There is a rare combination of warmth, attention to detail and genuine thoughtfulness.
Elena, the Guest Relations Manager, embodies everything that is special about Sani. Her caring nature, positive energy and genuine desire to make every guest’s stay perfect are exceptional. Nothing ever seems too complicated or too difficult. Whatever the request, Elena and her team simply deliver — always with warmth and a smile.

A wonderful family holiday – Sani Dunes gets everything right
We had a wonderful stay at Sani Dunes and will definitely be returning next year.
The resort itself is beautiful, with immaculate, incredibly well-kept grounds, but what really made our stay exceptional was the service. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, friendly and genuinely attentive — from the beach and breakfast teams to housekeeping, gardeners, guest relations and the e-concierge. Everyone seemed determined to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and nothing was ever too much trouble.
We were travelling as a three-generation family and were all made to feel incredibly welcome. The service felt genuinely personal throughout, and the e-concierge and guest relations teams in particular were amazingly responsive to anything we needed.
Our rooms were pristine, the restaurants were fantastic and the quality and choice of food across the resort were exceptional.
Sani Dunes manages to combine a beautiful luxury resort with genuinely warm, personal service. We had a fantastic holiday and have already decided we’ll be back next year. Highly recommended.
