A huge thank you to Atlantica Imperial Bar Manager Leo. Always attentive, polite, caring, friendly and efficient. We were made to feel so special by Leo and the other bar staff. An appropriate level of humour whilst always being professional. Thank you so much Leo for your outstanding level of customer service, you certainly made our holiday super special. Spa therapist Serena
I had an excellent massage with Serena and was genuinely impressed by her skill and attention throughout the treatment.
I had mentioned beforehand that I tend to carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and told her she could focus on those areas if she felt it was necessary. Serena clearly knew exactly what she was looking for — and she definitely found it!
Despite being quite petite, she has an astonishing amount of strength. The work on my neck and shoulders was intense at times, but it was very clear that she knew exactly what she was doing. She kept returning to the areas that needed attention instead of simply following a standard massage routine.
What impressed me most was how well she seemed to read my body and adapt the treatment accordingly. It felt genuinely personal and professional from beginning to end.
I may have briefly regretted telling her to focus on my neck and shoulders 😄, but that is probably the best compliment I can give her: Serena is a very skilled, attentive and dedicated therapist.
Thank you, Serena, for an excellent treatment. Highly recommended!
Coeliac review
Third time at this beautiful hotel and once again a wonderful holiday. Special thanks to Head chef Alex and his team especially Nikos, Nikos, and Rose for all looking after me so well as I am a very sensitive Coeliac. Bread, muffins, and cereal is provided as breakfast and they will also make pancakes. They will cook something separately for you for dinner or you can pick something from the buffet and they will dish it up from the kitchen. The rooms are comfortable and clean although we did have a few cold showers which could be improved. It was my daughter’s birthday while we were there and they decorated our room with balloons and gave her a cake and champagne which was amazing . Thank you so much!
