Currently at the resort and have to say we are having the most relaxing time. We were upgraded on arrival and while I didn’t get the pool view I requested the room is much more spacious than the deluxe I booked. The resort generally has a chilled vibe and the staff all go over and beyond to make our holiday. Yesterday we experienced the first ever Pink Foam Party and what an experience that was! The effort of all the staff and events team was exceptional. It was lovely to see all the staff at the party too, many of them with their own children. Excellent for staff wellbeing! Today i had an amazing massage and facial with Panagiota and the Spa Manager always has time to chat. We have been to 5 star hotels across Greece and Turkey and whilst Leonardo Kolymbia isn’t to the same large scale as some the customer service here is worthy of 6 ⭐️
Unfortunately, our experience at Leonardo Kolumbia was very disappointing. The food was often cold and not very appetising, which was especially frustrating when paying for a holiday and expecting a decent standard. The staff were another major problem. Some employees were rude, unfriendly and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome rather than valued as guests. The animation team was also a big disappointment. The animators were not very friendly or engaging, and the entertainment felt poorly organised and lacking in energy. They seemed more interested in themselves than making sure guests were having a good time. The overall service and atmosphere were far below what we expected. Instead of feeling relaxed and enjoying our holiday, we were left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Sadly, based on our experience, I would not recommend Leonardo Kolumbia. For the price, we expected much better food, service, entertainment and, most importantly, better treatment of guests.
A nice, well-maintained hotel with very polite staff. The beach was a bit disappointing, however, with only a few hotel sunbeds available. Overall, a successful and relaxing stay. Special greetings to Paweł, the lifeguard!
Excellent service from therapist Daniel and manager Nefeli. They were very friendly, professional, and made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. The massage was amazing and exactly what I needed. Highly recommended!
I had a wonderful experience with therapist Pia and manager Nefeli. They were both very professional, friendly, and provided excellent service. The massage was very relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
