- Lindos Princess Beach Resort and Spa

Nestled in Lardos, less than 54 kilometres from Rhodes International Airport, this magnificent hotel is an ideal retreat for all those who want to escape the city life. The hotel is set in a prime location in within walking distance from seemingly endless sandy beach and overlooking superb mountainous landscapes. Guests will be immediately enchanted by a majestic and beautiful architectural design and opulent décor and amenities. The luminous and delightfully appointed guestrooms are a quintessence of sophistication and luxury. The restaurants will take visitors on a journey through delicious specialities of local and international cuisines. Guests will revel in soothing dips at the infinity swimming pool, pamper themselves at the spa or enjoy a refreshing beverage from the poolside bar while the youngest ones will delight in mini club and a paddling pool with slides. The establishment also features impressive and versatile conference and meeting facilities.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
I’ve just returned from a 10 night stay at this hotel with family and friends. The hotel and grounds are beautifully kept with a selection of 3 outdoor pools and one indoor pool which is adults only. The hotel has capacity for 2000 guests however this definitely caused an issue with the main A.I restaurant which can’t accommodate the number of guests. The main restaurant was very chaotic and had no flow compared to other A.I I’ve stayed at previously. The selection of food was just ok. I get that A.I can be very repetitive and I wouldn’t say I’m fussy but my party did struggle and we ate out on a few occasions. I’m not a big drinker but didn’t find the cocktail selection great and would recommend the terrace bar for evening drinks which does table service and you get your drink out of a glass instead of a plastic tumbler! Although when by the pool I get that plastic is obviously safer! The hotel has its own beach which is stoney so I would recommend water shoes. A trip to Lindos is a must although wouldn’t recommend if you have mobility issues as it may be a bit tricky to navigate. Also go into Pefkos which has a livelier strip, the hotel only has a few shops and a couple of restaurants/bars nearby. The bar staff Mariana, Carlos and Costas were fantastic! They were so welcoming and really helped to make our holiday! The staff in general were great, including the entertainment team, everyone works so hard. Our room was great, comfortable beds and a free mini bar with a mixture of beers and soft drinks. All in all a nice break but a week would’ve been enough for me mainly due to the food.
An amazing experience that I would recommend. We had the couples experience and it was amazing. We had maricel and sergios they were both amazing and listened to any way we wanted to change the massage.
Pros: The hotel itself, facilities, and amenities are great.
Cons: Quite isolated (located in Lardos, away from main towns) with very limited options for organizing day trips unless you rent a car. The excursions offered/advertised through the hotel are unreliable and frequently canceled at the last minute—costing us wasted planning time and leaving us stranded at the pool instead of exploring.
Even though these tours are run by third-party companies, management needs to vet their partners better. Failures by off-site providers directly impact the overall holiday experience, and this side of the service is certainly not 4-star quality.
Bottom line: Perfect if you plan to stay entirely on resort grounds or rent your own car to explore. If you rely on hotel-arranged tours to see Rhodes, look elsewhere
We are on our 9th day of this Amazing holiday out of 14 and I can not fault the place! Some of the things that stand out to me as being brilliant are as follows.
We didn't take part in much of the activities as unfortunately our teenagers are a bit antisocial but there always seemed to be lots going on ! we only watched a few shows but the greatest showman with reps was fab and the magician was brilliant do good with the kids! He had a little stall at start seeling magic tricks but no hard sale and spent ages showing the kids how everything worked. if I was to be very picky with any negatives I would say I wasn't massive fan of the amphitheatre set up it got very busy with not the comfiest if seats and obviously no tables. Also would of been nice to have a little bar closer to hear. The grounds have got lots of ants probably because of the beautiful grounds but we was lucky to only get a few in our room. The transfer time also is quite a while from the airport, we got sonic travels transfer to take us cutting it down to just over an hour. Highly recommend them ..my son lost his phone on the plane and the driver took my number and was in contact throughout the day and managed to pick it up for me that night and drop it off was so kind of him !! Overall I don't normally like coming back to the same hotel but with this one I'd definitely make an acception ! Thank you for a fantastic holiday :)
Lovely location, Next to shingle beach. Rooms recently refurbished provide all you need. Food in all restaurants is excellent. Pool etiquette always tricky but they try to make it fair. Had a lovely relaxing massage with my daughter in-law. We both felt relaxed and rejuvenated after our massages with Dimitra (excellent head massage at the end) and Maricel (found all my notty muscles). Thank you ladies.
