Stayed here end of June into July with my kids and some family, we ended up extending our stay, Was a hiccup at the start with someone from outside the hotel trying our room( probably drunk and lost π) but other than that holiday was perfect kids enjoyed themselves. Staff was lovely rooms where ok food was ok same most all inclusive nobody went hungry though. The staff and cleaners are lovely and work really hard. Would definitely go back. Mosquitoes where a problem and I had a lot of different repellent myself some of my kids and baby was bitten a lot. This is my only put off.
Staff at the hotel were great, really friendly and could not do enough for you. Bar staff were brilliant. Our first room had an air con fault, after the repair bloke originally said it was ok, i pointed out we have 2 rooms so can tell the difference. He said "oh". 30 mins later we had a new room. Gyros and Pizza at the snack bars were amazing. However that was as good as it got. After sampling raw pork in the restaurant, I questioned the manager, he said it it was just part of the pig that's pink and watery. Then saw a number of people complaining about the same thing. Even though the management denied this, the griddle chef was removed and we never saw him again. Unfortunately, what really ruined the holiday there was the smell. After the room change we were put next to the septic tank. Reception denied the existence of it until i showed them the video of it being emptied. Unfortunately, trip advisor wont let me upload the video. Then the resulting 150+ mosquito bites being next to it meant I couldn't leave the room for the last 3 days during daylight heat due to wanting to scratch my skin off. We eat out 5 out of 8 nights as the food was so poor and mosquitos were everywhere. Wouldn't recommend
Our waiter and his colleagues were brilliant at meal times. Unfortunately not enough staff to man the bar so very frequently long waits for drinks not helped by the fact the bar staff were serving the ice creams too! Pizza house lovely Gyros station delicious Location not the best. On the main road and nothing to walk out to on the evening. Too dangerous to walk into the town. In the evening we stayed in the restaurant as drinks outside in the bar were in plastic glasses unless you bought a premium drink. We prefer not to drink out of plastic unless by the pool during the day. We didn't participate in the entertainment and didn't use the water park, other than to find a sun bed in the afternoon. Beautifully kept grounds . The hotel has the scope to be better. There is a much underused seating area outside near the shop. An adult only bar area here would be excellent. There was always something to eat and a microwave for heating up anything that was lukewarm. Good bus service on the main road outside the hotel. Would we go back. : No
A fantastic hotel, clean, comfortable & very friendly
First time in Rhodes. Great experience the staff are super friendly and the hotel is very clean.
The choice of fresh pizza and fresh pork or chicken gyros on a dinner/lunch are perfect.
The shop that is on site has a of choice from drinks to toiletries to toys for the little ones. The price is fair too.
The water park that is on site has 3 big slides to choose from. They are lots of fun but also have a slow lazy river to just float around in the sun. There is a small splash zone for the younger children with slides and climbing areas.
The 2 pools to choose from the main pool near the main bar and restaurants has plenty of sunbeds for everyone so you're not fighting for space first thing in a morning.
