Another perfect stay

After a perfect holiday at the Electra Palace last year in August, we could not resist going back and seeing what they have done renovations wise. It did not disappoint, even better! The pool, pool bar, and entrainment were brilliant and massively improved, I really enjoyed the 60'/70's rock and toll band, please keto them gor next year!. The food, especially the Greek restaurant, was great. Big shout out to Anglina and Billy at the pool bar, who were great and nice to the children, who kept on asking for ice cubes. The new rooms were fab, double balcony great inside, and now if you want to chill, you can cast Netflicks for the kids. Look forward yo seeing what yhere might do this close season. We shall be back next October. My daughter says it'd her happy place this hotel, enough said. It was great you could ha e a toom for 40 minutes in the evening yo freshen up and shower before the flights back home. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for more great memories.

Great job

Amazing hotel, beautiful seaview and brilliant staff. We had a seaview superior suite with 2 bathrooms, spacious and good location in the main building. Beautiful pool area, with lots of comfy seating to enjoy day and night. Chilled out vibes, just perfect for a relaxing week. Would recommend using the hotel provided shuttle bus (not free but good value) into Rhodes town, operates day and night.

Highly recommended

One of the best holiday hotels we have stayed in. It is spread across a wide area and boasts several linked pools and a large garden. The hotel is tastefully designed with a large reception and seating area. The food was exceptional and in addition to the main restaurant there are an additional two, Italian and Greek which are al a carte. In addition to the pool and beach bars there are two bars in the hotel with a wide range of drinks. The staff were excellent and the hotel, rooms and outside were well maintained. There are several areas in front of the beach with loungers as well as the beach itself which has pebbles rather than shingle and bathing shoes, available in the hotel shop, are recommended. It is also on the flight path into the airport but we didn't find that an inconvenience. Rhodes Town is a 15/20 minute drive in the shuttle bus which runs at regular intervals throughout the day and comes at a reasonable price. The hotel is set up as a relaxing experience rather than a party hotspot and I highly recommend it.

Relaxing autumn break

We booked a last minute deal to the Electra Palace hotel and are so glad we did. It was our first time in Rhodes and first up, the quick ten minute transfer to the hotel was bliss (i'd definitely recommend booking a taxi from the airport). The hotel itself is lovely, we arrived late at night and were put up in a room in the annex overlooking the garden. The room was lovely but we'd booked a pool view room, We were moved the next day without any problems.

We loved that there was so much variety at the hotel and so many areas to spend the day within the hotel, eg loved the bali double beds on the decking at the pool, the loungers on the beach etc and it all added to the experience. Likewise the options in dining and bars, the buffet restaurant, Greek restaurant, Italian restaurant were all great and we loved the wine bar too.

I think the hotel is definitely more geared to adults and whilst there were children there, I think if my teenagers were there I'd have struggled to entertain them for the week. We found it was a chilled experience which is exactly what we wanted. Being so close to Rhodes town, the hotel provides a fantastic taxi service which is reasonably priced and very frequent both day and night. It was lovely to get out and about but handy all the same which was great.

My only minor gripe would be I think the entertainment options could be improved upon, especially at night but apart from that we'd definitely return and all being well will hopefully do so in the not too distant future
