Not great
We stayed at this hotel from the 31/07/2026 to the 07/08/2026 and it’s wasn’t the best stay, the front of house night reception was bad and doesn't want to help at all.
He’s rude and simply doesn’t care, to the point he didn’t show us to our room after asking multiple times.
When we got our rooms they weren’t together on a family booking and the room they gave us were in block 3 that about 10 mins from the pool side. Seems if your are English spoken you get sent here.
Soon room have been done up but more are out dated and old . The aircon is not great either , you get a kettle and that it.
The pool is clean and the bar and food is great and the waitress is amazing, but you’ll be kicked out by 6 by the grumpy lifeguards .
There are better places to stay and I’d recommend it, if your after a started holiday to rest and do very little it’s ideal.
Fab time in Falaraki Orion hotel
I have to say this was a wonderful stay and total value for money . The staff in particular were so friendly and went above and beyond to make me welcome . The breakfasts were to die for absolutely delicious, loads of Greek yogurt fresh fruits spanakopita ( my favourite) cheeses and an unlimited supply of coffee which set me up for the day to go out on various trips . A special shout out to the receptionist who if my memory serves me right was ‘ Anastasia ‘ she was always cheery and nothing was to much trouble wishing me a kalimera every morning and booking me Taxi’s to various different beaches , although Falaraki beach which is 5 mins walk from the hotel was also gorgeous . Also the head bar man was fab and I miss his amazing cocktails now I’m back in Scotland, I will definitely be back though .Thank you for an awesome stay
Great experience
Our experience was lovely staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean indeed! Rooms, pool, WC in general excellent!!!
Fab hotel & delicious food
Excellent hotel & pool. Friendly staff, especially Maria! She made us feel so welcome that I came back a few weeks later. It’s a great location, near to the beach and nightlife. Pool bar restaurant food is delicious. Our only criticism is the pool closes at 6pm on the dot which is a shame. I’d definitely visit again!
Cracking hotel
We stayed here for 5 nights and had a great time, the rooms have everything you need, plenty of sockets, kettle, air con and comfy beds, the shower was always hot and was powerful. The pool area was well maintained, different types of sun beds were available and there was no sun bed wars! Breakfast was brilliant, we couldn't believe the selection of hot and cold items, so nice! The pool bar served a decent variety of drinks and there was a vast food menu, the staff all worked really hard but special shout out to Maria, she's so lovely!! The hotel is in a great location too, We will definitely visit here again
