We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every second. The staff can't do enough for you and the location is excellent for access to the beach and the old town. Breakfast was varied and delicious and we also enjoyed eating and drinking in the restaurant, roof bar and poolside...
We upgraded to the deluxe double which was a good size but probably the minimum needed for a prolonged stay. However, the bed was too soft and the mattress felt like it was approaching the end of its life.
We are not frequent five star users but at €1200 in October it felt like we got what we expected - good service, a well appointed balcony room, a good pool and a spa (extra cost). Towels could have been changed less frequently in this eco-friendly age is our only other criticism. Would definitely stay again.
So we did not stay at the hotel (which was lovely) but my friends and I had a birthday sunset drinks and dinner at the rooftop of the hotel, Galaxy. Thank you so much to Manolis and all the staff for a truly special time! We had the most amazing time and the level of service was beyond exceptional and we were made to feel so welcome and cared for. Everyone went above and beyond for this dinner and they even prepared the cutest (and delicious) birthday cake for me and my friend! Simply cannot recommend this place enough!
We stayed at Rodos Park Suites and Spa for a week and it was more than we could have asked for. Firstly the staff were soo very welcoming and friendly, nothing they couldn't help you with. Breakfast was vast and delicious from 7-11am. The rooms were spotless, comfortable bed, clean bathrooms and spacious (we only had a double bed room but that was plenty with a lovely balcony too)...
We didn't try out dinners or the suites/ spa but next time. The pool was also lovely!
I would absolutely recommend this 5 star hotel. No children, quiet and beautiful!
Thanks to all the wonderful staff!!
Rhodos park is a five star hotel, the team working there have an incredibly high level of customer service and go above and beyond to ensure you are cared for. I don't think the word "no" is in their vocabulary and the professionalism and detail provided is testament to the individuals and management who have moulded an impeccable team of people.
The hotel itself is extremely clean and decorated to the standard of five star with wood furnishings, plush chairs, welcoming and attractive scents in the main foyer...
The pool area is kept spotlessly clean and once again great service from all the team.
The breakfast area round the pool is picturesque and of course the staff consistently provide exemplary service.
The bar on the roof top is sublime and the cocktail waiter knows his sh*t when it comes to mixing drinks and whilst they are expensive I happily paid the bill and felt they were worth it.
Rooms are also nice with a lovely rain shower and fantastically huge and comfortable bed with the maid offering a regular daily clean and turn down service, again reinforcing the five star nature of the hotel.
Location is a tricky one, it is perfect if you are planning to spend lots of time in Rhodes Old/ New Town. Literally is at the gates which has, from what I hear, the best restaurants on the Island, however you then have to accept that you are surrounded by roads and the closest beach is a 10 / 15 minute walk away and it isn't the best one on the island.
A couple of critiques: The view from some of the rooms is poor so when you check in ask for one overseeing the pool otherwise you'll be looking at the road. A problem difficult to solve considering the location. Breakfast, whilst nice, doesn't have a huge range of hot food. For variation It would've been nice to have a cooking station where the chef could prepare omelettes, eggs etc. At breakfast time there are a few chairs on the patio area which overlooks the pool but the rest are inside which is nowhere near as nice, if the hotel expanded the outdoor breakfast area it would be an improvement.
I ate in the hotel restaurant for one night, the seating area is beautiful and service, again, fantastic. The food however, whilst nice, is not reflective of the price. I have no reservations in paying €27 for a main but expect it to be worth that which is wasn't. The chef needs to either step up their game or the prices need adjusting. Wine option was brilliant though.
If you are looking for a true five star hotel in an incredible location with brilliant staff then this is your place! Special thanks to George and Christiana (sorry if my spelling is wrong) you are both outstanding at your job and made our stay much more enjoyable!
My wife and I loved this hotel! Great welcome from Kiki in the stylish reception area. Our room was spotless. Everything worked...
There were enormous mirrors, huge, fluffy bath-towels, acres of storage space, loads of hangers, plenty of flat surfaces in the bathroom, nice bright lights that you could read by, even coat hooks on the back of the door. These are all things you don't always get in 5 star hotels. We enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet in the hotel every day, and dined in a couple of nights. The dinner menu was not extensive (nor very cheap!) but what we had was top quality. The steak I had one night was as good as any I have ever eaten. We loved the open air rooftop bar, with the brilliant Manolis looking after us. Actually, all the staff were brilliant, including all the waitresses in the dining room. It was impressive how the less experienced ones were helped unobtrusively by the more experienced to make giving great service appear effortless. My wife and I have worked in catering and behind bars a large part of our life, and we appreciate what hard work it is to give guests a great holiday. We certainly did have a great holiday, and this hotel was a major part of it. Incidentally, the hotel's location is perfect for accessing the Old Town, five minutes walk away, and not much more for the "new" town.
