The location of the hotel is nicely set back into the private beach which has a really nice walk close by to sports bars, local souvenir shops and restaurants.

It’s 25mins from the airport and we got private taxis which were cheaper then through any booking firm I had found online

The atmosphere through the day is really chilled, if you like party’s round the pool then it’s not the hotel for you but it’s lovely and everyone is respectful if they have speakers to themselves, I would say the evening entertainment was not as good as it could have been considering the potential it could have, it ends so early and everyone just goes to bed…

Our room was lovely, spacious and cleaned with fresh towels every day. Towels are provided by the pool everyday which was a real bonus.

The pool area was amazing, no fighting for beds, no hogging and fighting for a place, it was lovely. It was such a lovely touch that you could order drinks through the app to the sunbeds!

The food was all inclusive buffet. Fresh locally sourced food and every day was different. You can’t complain, the staff were so on hand with making sure you had drinks The snack bar was lovely fresh and all round couldn’t fault

Location - close to airport makes for an easy transfer to and from the hotel. Book directly through the hotel and you get your private airport transfer included in the price. Also close to the old town and lively town of Faliraki. Atmosphere - generally a calm, chilled atmosphere throughout the day with some nightly entertainment offering more of an upbeat vibe. Rooms - We had a basic garden view room which was modern, clean, spacious, comfortable, fully functional air conditioning and an extremely comfortable bed. Minimal noise from outside the room. Tv channels all Greek or German. Service - on arrival no welcome drink as promised from booking confirmation, reception staff were friendly and informative. Staff member who took our bags to the room sprinted off like Usain Bolt, leaving us for dust. Staff member at guest relations was friendly and informative. order from your sun lounger service was amazing. Cocktails are made quickly at the bar and delivered with a smile when you order on the app (special mention to Alex “without a P” for great banter and energy everyday). Service at the snack bar was sometimes slow, due to seemingly the same member of staff being absent and having to wait for them to come back. Buffet service was mixed. Some days our glasses were left empty for long periods of time and even when asking staff for a water, they forgot to bring it to us. Other days/meals staff were attentive and friendly and kept us well topped up. Food and drink - Not the biggest selection of food and drinks compared to other Greek five star all inclusive hotels. Breakfast was more or less the same each day with a disappointingly limited fruit selection. The American style breakfast buffet was definitely missing a potato based product like a hash brown or fried potato. It was good that they had themed nights for food, however the selection didn’t really change much, only a handful of different dishes for each theme. A lot of the food did taste nice, just lacked variety and options. Snack bar could’ve had more variety, very carb heavy. Cocktails were strong, though not a huge selection and were pre made, not fresh. Included with our booking directly through the hotel was a dine out experience at a choice of three local restaurants. Taxi service included to and from the restaurant free of charge. We chose Eteon in Faliraki which supposedly has the best baklava on the island but we weren’t offered dessert so we can’t confirm that. Our drinks, starters and main were delicious, especially the baked feta. Friendly service but a little slow. Activities - very little with regards to daily activities. Aqua aerobics was repetitive in terms of the routine but the instructors were high energy and enthusiastic. A suggestion could be something like Kubb, bowls, daily quiz.

Overall we enjoyed our stay which could’ve been further enhanced by better, more consistent buffet service and a larger variety and better selection of food.
