Sun Beach Resort

We had a great time at sun Beach Resort and the Animation Team was amazing! We loved spending our vacation there and Lucy and the other Entertainers were so so lovely and so nice!!
We would always come back, we had an absolute amazing time at Sun Beach!

Our holidays at sun beach resort were amazing. We had a great time with really good food and a lot of fun activities. A special thanks to Lucy and the rest of the Entertainment team for a really fun holiday! 
You made our days even better due to your smiles and positive energy throughout the day! We are looking forward to come back soon.

Great Holiday in an amazing Hotel with super nice people.

Lovely hotel only down side was their alcohol prices were like airport prices.... lovely rooms, nice pool areas and great food though
Also were given two single beds that moved around alot, was quite annoying when we were clearly a couple

Lovely hotel

It is a very good resort. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The members of the staff are very friendly and helpful if you have a food allergy. I would recommend this resort. The animation team is very active with the people. Enough restaurants and shops in the neighborhood.

Very good resort

When we arrived, late at night due to the delays, we were directed to the garden side, which we were not informed of when booking, told the room number but not shown where to go. 
The room was average, not as the photos show online and although clean, very outdated. No floor mirror, so if you like checking your evening outfits, not great. Shower curtains rather than a panel which can be annoying. Also if you require a hairdryer, bring your own!! Ours in the room didn’t work and was very outdated, luckily we took one with us! 

2 single beds given that kept sliding apart, when requested a double at reception, we gave our number and they said they would call although never contacted us throughout but said they could connect the beds together, which still slid apart in the night. 
The all inclusive was good most of the time, variety of food always and pancakes for desserts every evening. The all inclusive cocktails were also a good variety although only until 2300 where they charge after that. 
The all inclusive package does not infact include all. The adults only pool they expect you to pay for drinks there with a minimum spend although staff were really good at the bar and friendly to speak too. The all inclusive also isn’t all inclusive at other bars/dinner locations at the hotel. 
The one a la carte meal you get here, we weren’t massively impressed with, we got sat right next to one of the pools, you aren’t told of any of the food you are getting here, and you do not have any choices in the food, no one came to check and see how the food was, just put the food down and we waited about an hour after finishing our main before telling them we weren’t staying for the rest. We thought the food in the all inclusive was actually better and meant we could choose what we were eating. 

The animation team, seemed really good although we noticed all their entertainment in the pool and in the evenings is only done in French and therefore being English at the hotel we felt quite excluded from everything and therefore spent our evenings at the local sports bars or cocktail bar down the road as it was easier. 
The gym was not that well equipped and most of the equipment was faulty with the treadmills cutting out after 5 minutes and the benches all wobbly when using them, not the safest if using heavy weights. Would normally gym everyday but gave up after a couple of times. Not only that but it felt as though it was 40 degrees in there, no air con! 
Overall the hotel was clean, plenty of sunbeds, no rush or fight to get them which was a breathe of fresh air on an all inclusive holiday. The staff were polite and friendly at dinner and at the bar by the main pool garden side. 
I would definitely suggest if you are booking here to book sea view as that side of the hotel you’re treated better and the views are nicer. 
I would suggest the garden side is very much a three star hotel,  the rooms definitely need to be updated alongside the gym. We would not stay here again as we know we can get better for the money spent. We didn’t have a terrible time, we still had a good time but felt this hotel misleads you on what you’re getting for the money you pay.
