Amazing hotel
An absolutely amazing experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
From the moment we arrived, we felt that we were somewhere truly special. The atmosphere was perfect, the design and views were beautiful, and everything was carefully thought out down to the smallest details.
The food was outstanding, with high-quality, fresh and delicious options. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The service was exceptional as well. The staff were friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile.
What impressed us especially was the hotel’s WhatsApp service, which is available to guests 24/7. No matter what you need or what time it is, you can simply message them and they are always available, respond quickly, and do everything they can to assist. It really gives you the feeling that the hotel genuinely cares about its guests throughout the entire stay.
The entire team went above and beyond to make our experience as perfect as possible, and it truly showed.
Excellent food, outstanding service, an incredible atmosphere, and an amazing team made our stay an unforgettable experience.
We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality and unforgettable experience in Santorini! ❤️
Incredible honeymoon visit
This hotel was amazing. We booked our stay for our honeymoon and have visited Santorini 3 times but this hotel was the best one we have stayed in. From arrival, we were welcomed and given a welcome drink as well as a tour of the hotel. Hotel staff were all extremely friendly and contacting them was extremely easy as they use WhatsApp. We could WhatsApp them anything we needed and they would reply straight away. They are able to book taxis and experiences for you and it was handy to be able to WhatsApp them when we needed a taxi whilst we were out. The room was stunning with the most amazing view. It was cleaned daily and was impeccable. Our room was very spacious with a spacious bathroom and balcony area with seating and the pool. It was so peaceful in the room as well. The room was very private and had no one looking over. The restaurant was also amazing and the food was delicious. We also booked a private meal at the infinity pool which we ended up not being able to do due to the high winds on that night but hotel staff were extremely accommodating and upgraded us to the cave spa private dinner which was amazing. This included food as well as all use of the spa pool and hot tub. Location was also really good. We always stay in Pyrgos as we like it’s quieter village feel, however there are still plenty of bars and restaurants to visit in the main village. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay here.

Amazing!!!!!
We stayed at this hotel for 7 days, and we would like to highlight the outstanding service. The rooms are simply stunning, and the hotel's restaurant, AKAU, is absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this hotel without hesitation!
The service was impeccable from the beginning to the end of our stay. A huge thank you to Hamza, Andonis, and Tanasis, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay truly perfect.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From the from desk worker Georgia who greeted us like she was a family member who was happy to see us to the breath taking views to the amazing food and the incredible ambiance, this hotel has everything. We didn’t have to think for ourselves for once when planning activities or planning on where to go as the staff recommended and booked all our excursions for us. The rooms were spotless and the entire property smelled amazing. We will definitely be coming back as the North Santorini has our hearts.
Honeymoon stay in August 2025
We stayed here this week for our honeymoon and it was incredible. Hotel is beautiful, staff are amazing and area is fantastic. 10/10 - would stay again.
