Today we journey north to the breathtaking Dolomite Mountains, where vibrant green pastures, pine forests, and Swiss-style chalets paint a scene unlike anywhere else in Italy. This remote, rugged landscape, shaped 230 million years ago, offers not only invigorating mountain air but also the chance to spot rare wildlife like chamois, ibex, golden eagles, and deer. Enjoy stops in Ortisei, Pordoi pass and Moena, as well as the opportunity to ascend on a cable car (subject to seasonal operation) to enjoy panoramic views of the whole area.
In the event of severe weather conditions (such as snow or storms) that could disrupt our itinerary and prevent us from visiting the Dolomites, we will instead include a visit to Vicenza.
