We had a fantastic stay at the HILTON, which was largely thanks to the exceptionally great service. Our very special thank you goes to Prem from the housekeeping team. The cleanliness of the room was absolutely perfect and spotless. We were especially delighted by Prem‘s creative towel origami skills and ideas. Prem works extremely thouroughly, is highly attentive, and creates a welcoming atmosphere from the very first moment. The first-class service of Prem and the whole team perfectly reflects the high standards of the hotel. THANK YOU. We would love to come back!
Exceptional experience. The staff are super friendly, super helpful and nothing too much trouble. My room was kept very clean and the artistic towel was appreciated since it brought a smile to my face at a difficult time (my visit was for a funeral). The lobby bar service is vastly improved since my visit in April - no longer have to wait half an hour for my wine to arrive! The staff were sympathetic, extremely helpful and I will definitely be returning. The jewellery shop especially provided exceptional service at very reasonable prices with very friendly helpful staff . For me this made my visit even better as I was with a walking stick and mobility compromised so shopping trips were not an option. Thank you Hilton!
Our third time in Malta and third time at the Hilton, we wouldn't stay anywhere else on the island! The staff are outstanding and I do not know how they remember people but they genuinely do! We remember you but to be greeted by 3 members of staff, one executive lounge, one porter and one vista lounge who came to us and said welcome back was truly outstanding! We were upgraded for our 37th wedding anniversary and thankyou for that, our suite was superb, special gifts on the day perfect and very much appreciated and I must say housekeeping have to be mentioned and thanked personally as they are absolutely superb! The rooms are spotless and attended twice a day. A thankyou also to the blue elephant for their attentiveness on the 7th of October, the day of our anniversary, we have dined there every visit and the food and service is always first class. Malta has a genuine place in our hearts and we hope to be able to visit you again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton in Malta and I would happily return . The location is beautiful, right front to the sea and the spa facilities are a good bonus for cooler days. The room had a lovely view , it was spacious and the breakfast was excellent. What really stood out though ,was the staff :impeccable customer service, consistently warm , professional and happy to help. Thank you!
