- Ikyk Hotel

Aimed to harmonise with Paceville's entertainment lifestyle, IKYK was designed to stand out from other hotels, and attract both local and foreign guests who are looking for that unique getaway! Making use of several bright colours, and having distinct rooms, the purpose of this hotel is to provide a youthful experience - both for those who are younger in age and those who feel they are still young at heart!
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We are just back after a weeks holiday booked through jet2 holidays. The hotel is definitely nothing like it is advertised it is great if you are age 18 to 30 as its bang in the centre of paceville so you will not get any sleep til at least 5am. The rooms are not as advertised we booked a superior room with balcony to which I have seen bigger travelodge rooms. Breakfast has a good selection but the hot food was always cold. So avoid this hotel if you plan on relaxing as you won't be able to. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked the hotel but didn't due to it being booked through jet2 I believe there are rooms that actually dont have any windows and also believe from the reviews that rooms sometimes only cost 30/40 euros so that should really tell you all you need to know.
Great location in Paceville, plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Room cleaned and towels replaced every day. Had street view from balcony noisy when door opened not so much when closed. Plenty of choice for breakfast. A special mention to Joshila from reception, always a smile on her face. she helped us when we needed her, nothing was to troublesome for her really pleasant lady. Really made our holiday memorable. Thankyou.
Rooms with no balcony or window in 2026: completely unthinkable, totally unimaginable, and so so frustrating. How can this situation even exist? No fresh air in a room? No ability to breathe as a normal human being in 2026? And… above all, how can the reputable Greek travel agency Grecos Tours dare book those f——-g rooms?
Booked this hotel to visit a festival taking place inside Malta. If you are going for party purposes location factor is the best, however you are so close to the party strip in st Julian’s. It results to substantial noise coming through very thin glass windows inside your room. You will not get a wink of sleep until 5am everyday, where the cleaners will then knock on your door at 8am and if told no would not clean your room all day. Rooftop pool is atrocious no music, cigarette butts by the pool and a bar that requires you to travel to the 1st floor to get drinks. Waiting time for the lifts were 10-20 minutes 90% of the time through cleaners constantly using, So if you don’t mind stairs this is the place to be. Do not recommend for anyone intending to relax.
Good location when arriving from the airport by bus. It’s around a 5 minute walk from the bus stop. Handy for a walk to the shopping centres and to bus stops, the ‘strip’ and museum. Room was clean, had everything we needed. No frills but we were only staying one night. Check in wasn’t available until 3pm but we were able to leave our luggage whilst we went out sightseeing. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was included and that was good. Lots of options, plenty of everything. We really enjoyed it. Hotel was funky in its decor. We slept well. All good
