We had a great experience at the hotel. We had an issue with the room because there was only one bed, but the problem was quickly fixed. Thanks to Shruti for your help and professionalism. Everything was perfect at the hotel.

This is my third time coming to this hotel. The first time was in 2018, and the second time was in 24. This time, after more than a year, I came back to stay here again. It feels like home. Although some hotel staff have been replaced with new employees, there are still some experienced housekeeping staff and front desk staff, Melania, who are working here. It makes me feel very familiar. We also know and are very grateful for her service. Excellent hotel staff. Thank you for everything the hotel has done for me.
