Amazing 🤩
Just returned from a short weekend break to this fabulous hotel. Absolutely spotless. Can’t believe some of the previous reviews saying about some of the staff “ rude and unfriendly “, we found the complete opposite!! Staff couldn’t do enough to make our holiday so enjoyable. Don’t hesitate to to book, we will definitely return
Really enjoyed our time
Just back from an extremely enjoyable stay at the Ria Park Hotel. We were here for 1 week and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Whilst the hotel decor isn’t very modern, the hotel itself is exceptionally clean and the renovated rooms are lovely. The bed was so comfy too. Pool area was beautiful, although hard to find beds in the sun at times. The free shuttle to and from the beach was ideal, and the doormen were always so accommodating to bring and collect us. Majority of staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but we found some of the more “senior” staff at breakfast in the morning quite rude. The reception staff and doormen were so kind and accommodating always, and were so helpful in keeping our bags on the day of our check out, as we weren’t flying til that night. Location is really good- only a short Uber to most of the restaurants and the free shuttle by the hotel for the beach was so handy. There is no supermarket near which was a bit inconvenient, as we had to get an Uber to and from Quinta Shopping to the nearest Pingo Doce. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!
Not great
The Hotel is lovely and clean the staff however is a different story .we have been here 2 days and I have had to complain 3 times about the poor /lack of service . Today I had to wait over an hour for a drink totally unacceptable for a 5 star hotel and when I complained I was told a cocktail is tricky to make !!! It is such a shame that this hotel hasn’t quite got it right

Great stay at the Ria Park Hotel and Spa
Lovely hotel which has been renovated throughout including the bathrooms which now feature excellent walk in showers. The breakfast on offer was really good with something for everyone from cooked to continental, you could also request omelettes and poached eggs. Pool area was exactly what we needed with plenty of sun beds and shade. We didn’t eat at the pool bar but the food looked good & we were told that it was good by other guests, we just weren’t hungry enough after the breakfast. We ate in the hotel restaurant a few times and really enjoyed the meals, prices weren’t much more than in other local restaurants plus there wasn’t a cover charge for bread etc in the hotel. Would recommend trying Lobos which is located a couple of minutes walk away. Lovely bar, food and staff. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Great week in a fantastic hotel.
This hotel is gorgeous. Clean, spacious with fantastic swimming pools, the staff are welcoming , friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with a relaxed atmosphere. Great week.
