A well positioned hotel with a pool and sundeck.

Review by Sanjay A London, United Kingdom

The staff in the hotel were welcoming and the rooms were large enough. The corridor on the ground floor could be noisy. The breakfast was let down by the 'hot' food, it was unappetizing and lukewarm. But you can order an omelette or fried eggs which were great.

Wonderful hotel for adults close to the sea

Review by Lisa M Alhama de Granada, Andalucia, Spain

My husband and I have stayed here many times. We live a little inland and sometimes have a couple of nights break on the coast and we have also stayed there when we have an early flight to the UK to visit family. Fabulous hotel and close to bars, restaurants, shops and the beach...

Staff are friendly and professional and rooms are very comfortable.

Great location

Review by tikiboo2 York, United Kingdom

I personally rate my stay at good but I couldn't select average or very good. The location was the resort I chose it and it was perfect for everywhere I needed to get to. The bar closed early most days due to the season so didn't use a lot, the pool area is lovely, the sun terrace was great for when the sun was out. The reception staff are really helpful and friendly...

Our room was an upgrade to overlook the pool, a little damage in areas bit overall a nice enough space and comfy bed. Couldn't find any English TV channels which ordinarily wouldn't be an issue but with the rain would have been helpful for the down time. We asked for a bath and were given the only room left with one which was great, the plug didn't hold water so we called reception and within minutes someone arrived to check and replace the plug. Our toilet kept running water on and off but we managed this by turning the water off and it seemed to reset itself. There is a fridge and a hairdryer in the room. If you need a kettle you'll need to take your own. I would have preferred a full length mirror, there is a large wall area between door and bedroom and would be ideal for a mirror. Breakfast is the area that we were disappointed, the first time we went there were not many hot items which I suspect is the time of year and amount of guests staying but it was cold and we couldn't eat it. We tried once more then decided to eat breakfast out instead however on our last morning due to being picked up we decided to eat breakfast at the hotel and figured as we were there for 7.30 when it opened it would be hot. Unfortunately it was stone cold again, whilst we were sat there a hot item was introduced but I couldn't understand why it was not hot for opening. Sadly not a one off as 3 times this was the case for us. We are sure this was due to seasonality and not the norm but it did impact our stay as we paid to eat breakfast out on the days that we had tried at the hotel and left hungry and also the days that we avoided altogether so additional and unwanted cost. Overall great location, friendly reception, clean and tidy but could do with a few touch ups and improved breakfast

Not boutique by any standard, bitterly disappointed.

Room was not adequately cleaned upon arrival, in fact toilet was soiled and bidet had intimate hair in it. Room was in desperate need of a paint with black marks all over the wall. The furniture was so outdated in the room...

Also in communal areas the wallpaper was peeling off the walls and ripped. Although the food was quite good, the dining area upholstery was covered in stains and very off putting. Staff were generally pleasant. For the duration of the stay the pool and outdoor facilities were out of use which was not adequately explained upon arrival.
