This wonderful hotel is located in Torremolinos, the perfect place for a holiday trip. There are many restaurants, bars and cafes to visit and taste new flavours while creating new unforgettable moments. Visitors may also be pleased to spend a day at the beach, sunbathing in front of the Mediterranean Sea or having a refreshing dive in it. The complex has a bright look and is decorated with sophisticated furniture to make the guests stay the most comfortable and pleasant one. They may enjoy a lovely meal at the restaurant tasting delicious local specialities and international dishes or a refreshing drink by the pool at the poolside snack bar. Guests will be delighted by the nice, spacious and beautifully decorated rooms where they can have the rest they deserve after having a fun day full of activities.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Lovely hotel, have stayed before so was aware of the steps from one area to another. The hotel is in a good location, a short walk from the Carihuela beach. Food good, with a fair choice. Always lots of fresh fruit available and never overly busy in the restaurant. New pool area and bar really good, although would say the hour & half take over in the afternoons for pool polo etc was a shame for those with and without children who just wanted to use the pool, as this area has a really nice relaxed atmosphere and a high end feel to it. Plenty of sunbeds available in both pool areas. Rooms a nice size and very comfortable, always cleaned to a high standard. check in was quick and easy and we found all staff friendly and helpful.
Only 7km from airport So take taxi is faster and cheaper. 15min In middle of august I expected big queues to bar or snacks But no queues. Still plenty sunbeds to choose 10am Highly recommended
Overall, our stay had both positives and negatives. The beds were very comfortable, and the newly renovated swimming pool is a nice addition to the hotel.
Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Most of our group became sick at least once during our stay, which significantly affected our holiday. The staff also came across as unfriendly and inflexible. For example, we were not allowed to bring a small ball into the swimming pool, and the pool area was not cleaned regularly. We were also refused breakfast just 10 minutes before the official opening time, even though we had an early departure.
While the rooms and beds were good, the quality of the food and the lack of hospitality mean we would not choose to stay here again.
Hotel is in need of an upgrade. No TUI rep at hotel when we arrived. Room extremely small for four people, pull down bed, when upright has dangerous two legs sticking out at head height. Poor decoration, wires exposed, holes in restaurant bathroom with mould. Paint chipping away, carpets dirty...
The Hotel was nice but not finished following a recent refurbishment. The rooms although cleaned daily, this was not to a good standard and often missing clean towels. The food, was nice and well presented and for the most part the dining room was clean and well maintained. All the staff were kind, friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be smoking, there were no designated smoking areas, therefore guest were able to smoke on the dining terrace, at the outside eating areas, around the pool and on the roof top bar terrace. As a family on none-smokers this was very unpleasant, we were unable to eat outside due to the impact of second hand smoke, on occasion had to move to a different area around the pool due to other guest smoking. The same occurred at the outside pool bar and roof terrace bar, this was very unpleasant, due to this we would be unlikely to book this hotel again.
