Beautiful apartments. Many friendly staff, although some aren't as friendly. The bungalows (apartments) are amazing so spacious. Beds are so comfy. Clean. Plenty of facilities eg, microwave, hob, fridge, kettle. Outside area of your rooms are huge 2 sun loungers 4 seater table and still loads of room. Tv and air con. Wifi free. Pools nice, lifeguards always on duty. Pool bar small, no snack bar. We was told we could use the buffet at the other hotel which we did and that was great and the staff there were so friendly. The other 2 restaurants we were told to book 24 hours prior we couldn't get in no availability when we asked reception so that wasn't good as it was a Brazilian and Mexican. Food was poor. No drinks machines at lunch and tea so have to wait for staff and when it's busy at times we were only getting are drinks after our meals. Entertainment was good but not enough seating unless you sit on sunbeds out the way.

Mostly a nice place with good facilities. Rooms are ok, food is ok, drinks ok, but let down. Service at the bars is very slow. After paying a huge amount of money to stay here I shouldn’t have to wait in line for ten mins for a drink. The bar staff are actually really nice, just not enough of them !!! Pool never cleaned.

My son got locked in a toilet cubicle as the lock was broken, this scared him and I nearly had to kick the door down to get him out. I reported this to reception, 5 days later, it was still hanging off. Another child could very easily of got locked in. Not acceptable

We visited this hotel as a family of 5. We had one of the best holidays. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the beach and also access to our pools aswell the the sister hotel which is next door.

Greeted on arrival by lovely reception staff which they didn’t alter always a smile.

The rooms were lovely we stayed in 2 1 bed bungalows stylish and clean the cleaners come in daily and do a great good.

Food is a buffet plenty to choose from clean and fresh, options of using the sister hotels buffet and also the Mexican and Brazilian which is inc in your all inc. they were a nice change, loved the Mexican.

Drinks were perfect and nothing was watered down.

All staff from the cleaners, bar tenders, waiters, etc polite and helpful.

Location ..well a beach in your doorstep which you can walk along, water sports, trips out. Beautiful.

Kids entertainment and some great shows in the evening, nothing tacky.. the white party at Mar was fab.

I must say we were so impressed and have no idea why anyone would moan.
