Review by petergriff2405Palma de Mallorca, Spain

What ever you do,stay away from this disgusting place!!! Myself and my partner thought we would treat ourselves to a day/night at an all inclusive hotel as we work long hours and live in Tenerife ,we paid €140 at reception thinking not a bad deal for all meals and drinks for a treat!!! We could not have got it more wrong!!! Pool bar had no beer or lager for the first 2-3hrs we arrived, the spirits we the cheapest money could buy! And yes I do understand they have to make a profit!!!! The buffet consisted of a few sardines and a few bits of salad starters and the main wow freezing cold meatballs and fish slices that felt like they had just come directly from a refrigerator!!!! Don’t make the mistake we made and stay at this crap hole!! Pay an extra €50 as a couple and stay somewhere decent !!!!!

Great last minute holiday Summer 2019!

Stayed here July 2019 and always meant to give you a review so here goes. Hotel in general very pleasant. Reception staff and staff in general friendly and efficient...

Room was ok bathroom could have done with updating, but to be honest we only booked very last minute so we're happy with what we got. Food - breakfast and dinner ok , lunch a bit hit and miss ( "snack bar "not great). The sun deck on the roof was great but bar never seemed to be open(during day)self service only??!! Pools - well they were spoiled a bit by guests using them as toilets (either young children or teenagers having a laugh - we were never sure😞) but cleaned up quickly by staff. Overall would love to come back once world has healed itself. 💜 oh and beach is FABULOUS.

We stayed here for a week from 7the march. The hotel itself is alright but in need of some TLC. The bedrooms need upgrading, chipped tiles and bathroom needs replacing...

Some of the staff are very rude and have a face on all the time. Most of the staff were really nice. Mary and coral were amazing with the kids.

Food omg where do I start its like warm, tasteless and reused all day. I know a buffet is repetitive but there is usually something for everyone not here there isn't I struggled to get anything to eat except rice, salad or bread. Breakfast is the only half ok meal. The food not used from breakfast gets turned into something for lunch. The kids buffet lunch and dinner was the exact same for 7 days. If the burgers weren't used they were reheated at dinner time.

In the end we had to go over budget and eat out as the food is a disgrace. You get what you pay for and wouldn't return.

March 6th - 13th

Just had a good week at this hotel. In my opinion some of the comments on here are negative and over the top. Food - plenty of choice, grilled meats & fish, vegetables, rice, pasta, fresh salad, potatoes on offer at lunch & dinner. Breakfast was fine, eggs (scrambled & fried), tortilla, English style sausages & bacon for those who wanted it. Always fresh fruit available...

Kids buffet was the same all the time but why would you not encourage your kids to try something else. Alcoholic drinks were as described. What else do people expect. No idea on the beer, never had one but judging by the amount that was drunk it must have been ok. The staff - exceptional, worked hard and always had smile and greeting for you. Treat people like you like to be treated!! Now a negative or two. The room was basic but as advertised. The bathroom door was swolen at the bottom making it hard to open & shut. The balcony was tiny and the furniture poor. I was in 1050, I'd recommend anyone staying on the 1st floor in a 1 bedroom to be aware that the balconies are poor. Would I go again - yes. It's a basic 2/3 star hotel that you pay accordingly for. Photos show the rather magnificent view from the balcony and it's furniture. Don't let this stop you going.
