We did book holiday for 5 days. Cheap tickets with Ryanair nearly last min. For sure here is ,you get what you pay for. We got All Inclusive nearly 300 euros for 2 adults . Accommodation was very basic , no any security around area , no security cameras . Huge area for hotel ,many bungalow tape little apartments...
Check in we did in one building , our apartment was in completely different area , and meals was in other area . Not really handy at all There is no air conditioning in rooms , I don’t know how guests can sleep at night on 23* too hot . In second night I did find how we can open window in room. Meals was just ok , the breakfasts in the mornings better that lunches and dinners Some other days !!!
a good basic accommodation, staff not great, especially reception, not helpful at all! breakfast is diabolical but lunch and dinner was tasty 😋 bit far out of town for me but then i am a bit lazy lol
On arrival we entered the reception area where the bungalow was still being cleaned, once we had our key and map we headed to C17 a one bedroom slightly run down bungalow. No air conditioning, back door secured by a chain and overrun by a colony of ants who would magically appear if you dropped food. Bathtub dangerously slippery when you took a shower and no bath mat once you got out taking your life in your hands...
Night time entertainment was non existant either bingo or a quiz, no live entertainment. Food served in the dining room was repetitive and cold so much that we spent near enough €120 to eat at the highly recommended Chaplins pub for the week, we had breakfast once and once is enough. Several of the people we met reported a speight of thefts from their rooms which were met with a non existent response from hotel management. Overall the site is run down and in need of a major overhaul. Two of the three pools were closed and the main one freezing cold and not clean with bugs floating around. We spent the week watching tv which I had to pay €20 for channels that spent most of the time losing the signal. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and hard, cracked floor tiles and stray cats that kept coming up to the front door.
Came for a week with my daughter on 25th August, had a great time staff at reception amazing had a couple of glitches with our bungalow but was sorted out straight away and politely even when I was a bit drunk lol, yes a bit dated food average but for what we paid was able to go out to the restaurants around town, couldn't fault it
I have booked them through Booking.com well in advance. They have just cancelled my booking saying that they are closing down. But that's not the case...
They are still letting me book once again but additional £500 more than my previous booking.
I called them and ask them why is that? They said we cancel it if price increase or we still can ask you to pay more when you arrive to the property or we have rights to not to give you the room!
What kind of advance booking is that they you pay what they ask not the amount you have booked with.
Its not even some kind of 5 star hotel... it's basic B&B for UK people.
Avoid this hotel if you can
