Decent hotel
The hotel was great however the food wasn't the best. The rooms are basic and the facilities are also okay. The cleaners came everyday to provide clean towels and bedding was changed once per week. We went with children the entertainment is gpod with the animation team doing there best. Overall would recommend this resort to families

Family holiday, upgrade needed
Hotel does need to be upgraded. The staff do try and the room was cleaned with fresh towels on a regular basis. The room was big, but stains on the walls and clearly old facilities now. The main issue is that the room we had was located at the front of the hotel and apart from Sundays, the bin van came around 4 or 5 am every day, apart from Sunday. As there is no air con, we tried leaving the doors open, but again the noise level was really bad. The area seems quite run down also? The pools were clean, but very overcrowded. You do have to get there early to secure a bed. Would not return. Beach nearby was great.
Absolutely Fantastic!!
Just spent an absolutely amazing week here. The location is great near the airport, restaurants and shops 10 minute walk. Harbour and beach 15 minute walk along the front. We fed the chipmunks on the rocks. The staff at this place are incredible, they work morning, noon and night to ensure everyone has a comfortable stay from restaurant staff, bar staff, animation team and cleaners they were all superb 👌🏼Atmosphere is great!!! There is always something going on in one of the 2 pools throughout the day, and the entertainment of an evening has been fantastic. Kids mini disco is so Good, even the adults were getting involved. Yes rooms are a little dated, but honestly it really didn't impact our stay at all. They were clean, beds really comfortable with a private terrace. Value for money is great. Food has been really good at the all inclusive. Something for everyone. Even my fussy child 😂Drinks flowing all day long. Sangria is a must! Cruzcampo on tap!! There are snacks on throughout the day you just help yourself. Nothing is to much trouble for anyone here. Pool tables all around the place. Pools are kept so clean. We have really enjoyed our week here as a family of 4. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday one to remember.

Overall a stunning hotel with great facilities and the two pools were brilliant. Please open more then one bar!
Positives:
- Stunning hotel and surroundings. Beautiful pool area and the food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed every meal and so much choice. Reception staff were excellent and our room was cleaned beautifully. Three shops on site and very reasonably priced!
Negatives:
- Vanessa in the kids club was not inclusive of all the children, she has her ‘favourites’ which caused upset for children being ignored. And she had a bad ego attitude, incredibly disappointed by this.
- No aircon, so the room was very hot
- Adult evening entertainment starts at 9.15pm until 10pm then everything finishes.. no music and drinks in paper cups. Would of like it till 11pm to unwind and have fun!

Nice hotel needs upgrade
The hotel is very clean, but it’s in need of an upgrade. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s well situated for the beach, marina and restaurants.
