The hotel offers an excellent range of facilities for all ages including two outdoor swimming pools, both with plenty of sunbathing areas to relax and top up the tan - including one with a beautiful sea view. There is also a gym, sauna, squash court and recreational games room to keep you occupied throughout the day. Spend your evenings at the late-night lounge bar, mingle with some drinks, partake in some karaoke or just sit back and enjoy the evening.
Ereza Mar Hotel also offers food to tempt every taste bud; you'll be able to head to the buffet for main meals or snack at the Buffalo Snack Bar. For a change of scenery, you may want to dine in the à la carte restaurant which specialises in rice and sea food dishes.
Rooms are designed carefully to ensure a comfortable stay. All are equipped with bathroom, shower, a hairdryer, minibar, safe, flat screen TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, desk and complete with a terrace or balcony. Room upgrades are available at a supplement.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. While the hotel itself is clean, there are many areas that need significant improvement, and in my opinion it does not currently meet a 4-star standard.
The food was one of the biggest problems. Much of it was cold or undercooked, and the quality was generally poor. The food was also very repetitive, with much of the same food being served most nights. We were so disappointed with the food that we ended up having to go out and eat every night during our stay. The food at the pool bar was also very poor, with items wrapped in cling film and not presented to the standard you would expect from a 4-star hotel.
When I spoke to a lady at reception about the poor food, I was told that the hotel already knows about the problems with the food and that "English people like to complain." I found this comment extremely disappointing and inappropriate, particularly as the lady herself was English. She was also not very helpful when I raised my concerns.
The situation with the sunbeds was another major issue. You need to get up at around 7am to have any chance of getting a sunbed. There is also a rule that if you leave your towel on a sunbed and have not returned within 30 minutes, the hotel staff will remove your towel. There simply are not enough sunbeds available for the number of guests.
Our air conditioning also broke during our stay. We were told that it would be fixed the following day, but this never happened. This was extremely disappointing, especially when you are paying for a 4-star hotel and expect basic facilities to work properly.
The evening bar was another issue. There was only one member of staff working behind the bar, which meant long waits for drinks. There was also nowhere near enough seating in the evening, leaving many guests struggling to find somewhere to sit and enjoy themselves.
The entertainment was another disappointment. The entertainment team only played music for around an hour, and guests were not allowed to play their own music. There were also far too many rules and restrictions, which made the atmosphere feel less enjoyable and relaxing. The entertainment guy was also rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse.
For an adults-only hotel, we felt like we were being treated like children. There were rules and restrictions for almost everything, which took away from the freedom and relaxation you would expect from an adults-only holiday. You are on holiday to relax and enjoy yourself, not to constantly feel like you are being told what you can and cannot do.
There are also very limited areas where you are allowed to smoke or vape, with only one designated place available.
Overall, although the hotel is clean, there are simply too many issues that need addressing. The food quality and lack of variety, customer service, entertainment, pool facilities, sunbed situation, air conditioning, evening bar service, lack of seating and excessive restrictions all need major improvement.
Sadly, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone**. In its current condition, I would not consider it to be at a 4-star standard. There is a lot of work needed before this hotel deserves a 4-star rating.
3rd time we have stayed at this hotel, probably our last, gone down hill maintenance wise over last year. Hardly any parasols, (the ones there were broken). Absolutely no atmosphere, we went with a party of 14 and were constantly getting moaned at to keep noise down whilst sitting on table by bar playing card games at 4pm. God forbid you move a sunbed. The evening entertainment was ok but not enough tables or chairs. Think people on balcony thought it was ok to have a bit of passion on the balcony at midnight which kept me a ale for 5 minutes. Very inconsiderate. We’re in our 50’s and I’d say average age is 70. Breakfast and Lunch good, dinner same old food. Rooms are good and clean. Tbh holiday cost £2500 and think could have got better for the money paid.
Well first impression of the hotel on arrival of being dropped off was lovely at 12.30. All Inclusive started at 13.00 but still don't have a room as check in isn't until 15.00, yet people arriving after us have their rooms and a couple stood behind us on check in have theirs. Other getting their beach towels at reception to start their holiday and being ask how is there room while we wait in reception for ours !!!!!.... See how the rest of the holiday goes eh. Not a great first impression. Will be complaining to your company.
The hotel was nice staff were friendly and cleanliness of hotel was good food wasn't the greatest definitely not a 4 star and resort was to quiet don't think we will be going back we took are darts couldn't get access to dart board
Just come home after our 2nd stay here, I will start with the positives, great view from the back of the hotel looking across the sea, and great location with a short walk to the beach/ harbour and a short walk to the pubs for the entertainment/ food, 4 pubs literally about 200 metres away that show all the football matches and they also do food, only went to the one called Studs which had a good atmosphere, Met some lovely people here aswell, and had some great conversations and laughs. It was a relaxing break for me and my wife, Negatives- you have to get up very early to get a sunbed next to the infinity pool which has the best view, No access to water till 10.30 when the pool bar opens as they won’t let you fill bottles in the restaurant, so we ended up buying our own from the supermarket, Food was average but not bad but very repetitive but always found something to eat, sometimes meat was very tough. Some staff are very friendly, others a bit miserable we had one member of staff saying we couldn’t talk before 9am because that’s when the pool opens and we have woke guests up, which is pathetic at the end of the day we are on holiday there is always going to be noise. Cocktails are poor because out of a machine, and the glasses you get the lager in are tiny. But overall we had a great time. Big shoutout to Mandy and David if they are on this page they were from Fodgum lovely couple we met while there. Places I would recommend to go to would be the Millennium bar they have great singers on, S75 a nice Italian which do banging pizzas and happy Monday and studs for a nice pint and good atmosphere.
