This delightful beach hotel is situated at the heart of the bustling tourist centre of Las Palmas. Clean and comfortable
The Bull Astoria is a comfortable and clean older style of hotel in a great location that is just a few minutes walk to Las Canteras beach and promenade.
It has 5 upper floors with a roof top bar, swimming pool and terrace, plus a well equipped gym. Food and drink prices in the bar are reasonably priced and the area has plenty of sun loungers.
On the lower floor is the restaurant and the buffet breakfast has a good choice of food and drink.
Staff are friendly and efficient and check-in was quick and easy. My room was quite basic but had everything you needed - decent shower, plenty of hanging space for your clothes and a desk, chair and tv.
The hotel was busy but the noise level was acceptable given how many guests were staying and the fact the hotel is in a bustling part of town.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend the Bull Astoria provided you aren’t looking for anything posh and flashy.

Worth a visit.
Great service can not fault, we stayed for 10 days breakfast and dinner. My only reservation is the selection of breakfast and dinner could be more varied, but that’s me being picky. Clean and friendly. Would recommend it and going back in May 2026 with another friend. Can’t wait to visit Las Palmas. Thanks 😊

The hotel is located near Las Canteras beach, so it is in a good location. The customer service was very good. The breakfast was good (buffet). The pool area was really good with heated pool

Great stay in a fab Location
We had a fab 3 night stay at the Astoria hotel. The location is amazing just a few minutes to the water, shops and great restaurants. Yes the rooms are a bit dated but found them very comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. Always hot water in the shower. there was plenty of choice at breakfast and the rooftop bar is amazingly good value. 2 beers €5 2 coffees €2.40 and it was very comfortable sitting up there. All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly!! For what we paid for this hotel you can not go wrong, we booked through Jet2 City Breaks and would certainly return.

Great customer experience at the Bull Astoria in Las Palmas
Wonderful and honest three star hotel with the most hard working and caring staff (Sergio, Kevin and Elvis thank you and the rest of the team too for looking after us so well). Facilities include a roof top pool and gym with a great (and great value) bar. Breakfasts beautifully prepared and much better than you find in much more expensive hotels. Close to the beach and a range of restaurants, bars, shops and other facilities nearby. A great customer experience all round thank you!
