I really wanted a room with a bath for my last night stay at Gran Canaria. So I was well impressed by NH Hotels check-in system where they offer you some rooms based on your preferences and you can choose the floor and exact room placement on your own!
The room was pretty - clearly renovated in close past, I really loved my bath time and the ocean view from the 8th floow was amazing!
They really had taken Covid restrictions seriously which made me feel safe - for example you could ask all kinds of foods from breakfast buffet and staff put them on the plate.
Staff was in general very helpful with my request for a taxi to the airport, baggage scale etc.

Everyone made us feel very welcome and special. The hotel does not have a carpark but has an agreement with a nearby parking area for 15EUR per day. In the vicinity, there are a number of good restaurants, stores and supermarkets meaning that everything including the beach is convenient.
Hotel has a best location, right at the beach front. Cleanliness in theese covid days looked to be well above average for tropical area hotels. Had a 3rd floor room on the side streets, but still some limited view of the beach from my patio. Many rooms have amazing views right above the beach...
Book thoose 😉 Room it self was very clean, spacious enough and had a very good double bed with high comfort. Tv in room was ok, so was the wifi, and also a safe deposit. A workdesk with a good chair was also there. Bathroom was much better than expected, with handshower and high ceiling large water shower head. Shower space was also very good. During theese difficult times, the hotel did manage to serve food in a limited way, not in a high standard, but as expected. Hotel lobby has a relaxed and well balanced atmosphere with plenty of room for the guests. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Lost my photos but found exactly same photos online.
Location and rooms are completely okay, as others wrote already. But the breakfast was awful. COVID-19 measures in place, in 9 days the very limited offer didn’t even changed slightly! Disgusting sausages and scrambled eggs (not from fresh eggs) fried eggs like rubber...
Cold cuts and bread are okay but limited choice. My company booked lunch and dinner too for me. I was trying it’s twice, but every little cheap Chinese buffet is much better. Non-spiced veggies, soft fries and undefined meats.... Culinary wise the worst hotel performance I have ever seen. And I work in the hotel Industrie. Dear nh management - there is a clear shout out to improve!
