Mr Bryan

Review by michaelangelab Middlesbrough, United Kingdom

Arrived at resort 11pm, reception were prompt and friendly noting I was there last guest today. The restaurant was obviously closed but they had left a selection of food available for late arrivals. It was sufficient...

MY ROOM. On going to my room it was clean modern and quite large for a solo guest I had a reasonable balcony with a side view of the sea which is what was stated on my booking but it did get the sun from 8 till 12 fine dy me. FOOD Breakfast, lunch and dinner were on the all inclusive deal and I was not disappointed, the variety and quality were excellent if you cannot find something you liked it would be unusual from soup, salad, main course to desert all ample and fresh. There is also a snack bar at poolside again very good. DRINKS. Drinks such as beer, wine and soft drink are all self service in the restaurant and poolside bar meaning no long queue spirit and cocktails are served promptly on request .There is no limit at this hotel but nobody appears to abuse AMENITIES Are pretty good here nice sized pool with loungers surrounding with more off to the side ,never had a problem finding one at any time, sun lounge on roof with jacuzzi. A well equipped gym not massive but sufficient, indoor pool with various jacuzzi features, steam room, salt room, sauna cabin, dead sea pool just to float in and other parts I didn't get round to trying. Nice
Beach right outside with great sea views. OVERVIEW Went on a package with jet2 no complaints with them , this hotel is rated 3*+ and I would think it deserves it and more. This is a multi national resort with Scandinavian, Dutch, german,French and British guests but all staff speak English so no problem there. In general a top class place in a quieter town with local shops and bars.

How is this not a 5* hotel?!

Review by Jo M South Wales, United Kingdom

are currently staying as a family of four (5 & 7) and cannot praise this hotel enough! The location is simply out of this world and the hotel and spa are absolutely beautiful.

Every morning our children and my husband are in the spa with the many jacuzzi areas whilst I’m in the Dead Sea pool or the salt cabin (wonderful)

What deserves special mention are the animation team (gave our children medals even though they didn’t win the bingo) the entertainers and the bar staff. Who really stood out though is the lifeguard Jose who has some excellent ideas for development - children’s swim classes are a personal favourite, he’s so friendly and a real credit to the hotel...

I truly hope senior staff see this and hear out some of ideas. He also helped patch up a lady who had had way to many sangrias in a professional and kind way.

Also, there is a gentleman in the restaurant area (he wears a smart navy suit) who on learning our son has a milk and peanut allergy asked the kitchen to prepare him special deserts. Any parent with an allergic child will understand the upset when all the other children are indulging in the lovely ice creams and cakes and he is sat with a piece of fruit. Last night I actually cried when they brought him out four specially made cupcakes! Photos attached.

Honestly I cannot understand why this hotel is rated as three star. Having had the luxury of travelling frequently I can honestly say this hotel has become a firm favourite and we will return.

There aren’t many British families here, but everyone we have met has been so friendly - there are cultural difference, but as long as you aren’t holding others to your own cultural standards, you will understand how lovely everyone is.

Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel!

Lovely side sea view from room 825 - choose a high floor room :)

Excellent hotel

We had fantastic family break in this hotel. Staff are attentive and very accomodating, rooms are clean, beds are so comfortable, plenty food choices, drinks and cocktails are top quality, great location and views from this hotel are stunning! Animation team thank you for keeping kids so entertained, it was nice to rest from them 😉 We are yet to find within Canary Islands 3* hotel that offers branded drinks on all inclusive, quality food and free spa as many times as you want during your stay! It's definitely more than 3* hotel, keep up excellent work! If there is something that could be improved is the area where shows are held, it's lacking atmosphere, that evening show feel...maybe dimmed lights? Thank you and we will be back 👌
