Started with unbearable noise and eneded with diarrhoea

We were at room 226 above the disco room. The noise at night was a nightmare. So load you can't read a book or watch TV let alone try to sleep...

The only option you have is to watch the entertainment. It was alright entertainment but if you are tired and wanted to sleep early that isn't an option due to the noise.

The hotel is alright and the staff were nice and helpful. The food was good with plentiful options. The xmas dinner was amazing.

Before the last day my partner had a really bad diarrhoea that we need medicine from the pharmacy to help her. Keep in mind we were all inclusive so it must came from the hotel.

Also, the room was infested with tiny ants which wasn't pleasant.

Lots of sunshine and fantastic shower

Review by englishgill Deurne, The Netherlands

The hotel and our room was stopless clean, but our room 226 had no real view (side sea view) just the back of the building and the building next door, and the noise from the entertainment room was unbelievable on a evening, and tiny 🐜 in the room, but every thing considered we had a lovely week lots of sunshine and plenty of choice at mealtimes, because my partner is a smoker we were segregated to the far corner outside and there was no music, and all daytime entertainment was round the pool we didn't see anything or no entertainment staff,we wouldn't choose to visit again, forgot to mention that the shower was fantastic 😀

Excellent all inclusive hotel. Highly recommended.

Review by BS45727 Sandnes, Norway

Excellent hotel. Helpfull staff. Very clean and modern room...

Buffet food was good quality and choice. Beer on tap was ok. Wine from the bottles was ok, but wine from the tap was undrinkable. Pool area was good but too many sun beds made it difficult to turn the beds to follow the sun. Great pool and nice spa area although some part were closed for maintenance. Overall we had a great time and would choose this hotel again.

Not a relaxing holiday, kids riots

Review by EviKierz London, United Kingdom

It wasn’t a relaxing stay for me. I liked the food and the rooms, especially the view from the 7th floor, but that’s about it. Location- not great, very misleading information about the distance to the beach. Actually an acceptable beach where you can swim (not in a stinky water) or get into the water without getting injured is 20mins walk away (with no public transport option). Pool area- overcrowded, people “reserving” loungers very early in the morning...

Pool is much smaller than on pictures, warm water so not really refreshing when it’s hot, but the worst are the screaming, splashing children with their toys filling the whole pool so it’s impossible to swim. Parents/staff don’t have any control over it. Spa & gym- ridiculous opening times 10am to 6pm Restaurant- overcrowded, even though the meals are tasty, long lines to first find a table, the to get food/drink. Very disorganised! Staff- friendly reception- especially Femke and Jessica, avoid Armando- can’t communicate and could do with a customer service training. The rest of the staff on the verge to be rude, everything seems to be “impossible”. To give you an example- since they are too lazy to mix cocktails properly I asked the barmaid to borrow me her shaker for a few minutes (which I wanted to use in front of her to simply mix my own drink)- that was impossible(!). Cleanliness- our floor and bathroom has not been cleaned at all for 4 days, after flagging this up with reception the cleaner came back and asked us what she suppose to clean. Drinks- wine is OK, the rest simply horrible! Animation- not for adults, really dull and poor. Lifts- you can spend your entire holiday waiting for them. Overall the hotel took the “family friendly” profile to an extreme, all you can see and hear all day are children running, screaming, splashing water. No respect! Some adults only areas are much needed. I won’t be returning there for sure.

Very nice hotel, but some Covid issues.

A really nice hotel. Nice location central in the city. Nice rooms, food and drink in all incl...

Is ok and there is enough. The cleanliness of the rooms is perfect. All in all, it can be recommended. Only problem is the pool area. It's way too small. When you see the pictures on the website, half of the deck chairs have been removed. The reality is they stand with 30 cm distance. In this Covid time it seems a bit strange especially when the hotel writes one has to keep 2 meters distance. There are fine stations to spray hands on, but not many people use them, and the hotel staff do not seem to do anything to ask people to use these.
