Fantastic but ruined by a member of staff
This hotel has been outstanding in the days we have been here so far. The room (junior suite) is amazing, huge (but hot !) balcony, food and drink exceptional (especially breakfast). We have just had a meal in the a la carte restaurant which from service,food, drinks and setting was without a doubt the best we have experienced in 35 years ! Thank you so much to all the staff in the culinarium restaurant 🥰 we thought we would finish with a nightcap in the piano bar and quite possibly the rudest bar person I have ever encountered has just served us and absolutely spoiled what has been a perfect evening with the worst attitude ever ! Well aware we had to pay for cocktails as we didn’t upgrade to premium (which so far as everything else has been perfect we haven’t felt the need to) but the way we were spoken to was completely unacceptable and unnecessary and I feel some of your staff my benefit from a customer service skills course TUI !!!!
Good holiday
The hotel was lovely and modern , lots of sofas and other seating areas . Rooms were spacious, we had aDeluxe junior suite . Shower was large Bed was comfy, my only criticism of the room was it could do with a mirror over there area for doing hair and makeup , also the rug could have done with a clean ( lovely big stain in the middle )

Great hotel-great holiday

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at TUI BLUE Suite Princess.
The entire hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were always friendly and professional, the food was excellent with a great variety every day, and the hotel was spotless. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for.
A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend TUI BLUE Suite Princess and will definitely return in the future.

It has lost its sparkle
On arrival all was lovely 😍 drink on arrival quick check in and bags taken to our rooms. Room was fabulous at first sight but cracks appeared later. Floors lifting caught my toes a few times. Shower area a bit grubby. But cleaning was daily all the cleaners were lovely made the bed,towels changed as needed. Food i felt all tasted the same? We had lots of different things but something was lacking. Local wine and beer were dire. After 5 days we decided to upgrade to premium- pros were wine and drinks selection were lovely 😍 that was it! Coffee machine had to press 5 times to get a cup full. I was told on upgrading mini bar filled in the afternoon, fine by us we are late risers but had to call up for it only to be told because we had do not disturb on the door at 9:30 we couldn't have it and it was our choice! Lie in or mini bar! I have paid nearly 4k for a holiday and if I want to lie in that is my choice! Positives were fantastic views,lovely entertainment team, lovely pool and location. We have been before but feel it has lost its sparkle ✨️
Mixed good and bad
Located at side of the small beach Playa Taurito and sandwiched between a small taxi ride to Puerto Mogan & Mogan Mall (Puerto rico) the hotel is blessed with beautiful views. The hotel does a free courtesy bus 9.15-12.15 to Puerto Mogan which is great but would be even better if given another couple of hours more time? The rooms are spacious and cleaned to a high standard with a good sized balcony with sun beds plus chairs and table. It is an adult only hotel but being next to the waterpark you can easily hear the screams and noise from the kids going there while you sat around pool which gives a weird feeling of being in a family hotel? The Atmosphere is mainly British orientated due to hosting mainly high volume of guests from Britain many who have been visiting for number of years. Service was erratic but it’s no surprise as the staff there are overwhelmed and seemingly disorganised even through that they all work very hard . The food is not really upto standard for 4 star and weird combinations are put out leaving you scratching your head about what to have . Dinner especially is ridiculous you have a full hotel going to a place called restaurant taste which is basically no bigger than a snack bar place in other hotels with the smallest selection every single day ….why is main restaurant never open for dinner? Overall we made the most of the good biis for a good holiday but it could have been so much better and unfortunately do not believe it is upto standard of other 4 star holidays we have been on before so not a place we will be visiting again.
