This splendid hotel is located in the charming old town district of Puerto de la Cruz on the inviting island of Tenerife. The hotel is situated at a walking distance from the attractive beach of Playa Jardin. Guests will find a range of shopping and leisure venues in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The hotel embraces the traditional rustic charm of the building, offering guests relaxing, tranquil surroundings, which are rich in culture and history. The outdoor pool area is perfect to spend a sunny day while the restaurant is ideal to have a delicious meal. The rooms are beautifully decorated with warm tones and wooden furniture. They are equipped with all the amenities visitors need to have a pleasant and memorable stay.

Lovely stay

Review by renatanpreston Pinchbeck, United Kingdom

We’ve just left this hotel after a week in Tenerife. We had a spacious room with comfortable beds, a balcony with a view of Teide. The hotel is situated in a perfect spot, close to the sea, shops, exchange, restaurants and cafes! We loved the square with the church and many different forms of entertainment...

The food was good, enough choices for everyone. We would definitely book it again as it’s full of character and the staff are very nice, especially Jose in the dining room. The pool was appreciated and we used it quite often as felt very private and not overlooked, great spot for sunbathing too. Things to improve: bathroom was a bit dated, nothing wrong with it and perfectly functioned but looked tired. The cleaners missed one day, not sure why but it didn’t matter as we were happy to reuse our towels.

Gem of a hotel

Review by Dodcot Southampton, United Kingdom

This was the third time we had visited this hotel - it really is such good value for money. The hotel is situated in the old town opposite a lovely small square/park and a church. If you have a balcony room you can see the sea from your room if you look to your left and the main square of shops and restaurants of your right.
The rooms are very good value, we had a standard room with balcony which had an enormous bed which was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean...

The breakfast is good, self service, and in a very nice dining room. The hotel is itself an old building with lots of history and is very quaint when you enter it to check in, a typical Canarian building. There is a rooftop pool with sun loungers. There are very few negatives, and this really depends anyway on what you think is a negative in the first place! For instance, the hotel is opposite a lovely old church but from about 7 am a bell rings every 15 minutes. , although it stops ringing at about 11 at night. There is also the sounds of the street during the day including buskers, one of whom is a superb guitar player that we never tire of listening to. For us the only real downside to this hotel is very minor - there is no shower gel or shampoo of any meaningful description in the bathroom and there are no tea and coffee making facilities but we bring our own .
However we can live with minor niggles for a lovely quaint hotel in the old town centre which is very good value for money.

Amazing and Wonderful Staff

Review by teddy F County Kerry, Ireland

This is my second stay at this amazing hotel. The staff here from Cleaning to Maintenance and Bar are exceptional.

A very special mention to Dori at reception who was superb with her advice and help on getting PCR Test and printing passenger location Forms.

The balcony room booked through Jose with magnificient views of the Plaza and Mount Teide.

New Years Eve at the Hotel was spectacular. The food, the wine and the amazing ambience.

Highly recommed this hotel.
