The hotel is located in the best part of Side, on a golden sandy beach, 62 km to Antalya Airport and only 1.5 km to Side, where you can visit many restaurants, bars, discos, shops and historical places. It is set in a lovely green garden covered with native trees and is only a 15-minute walk to Side. There is a promenade by the beach where guests can take nice walks or go jogging. There is also a taxi service and public shuttle bus stop close by. Guests can enjoy their restaurants open at the hotel. The main restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating and will serve buffet-style meals, also offering three themed nights. There will be also 3 à la carte restaurants where you can taste different specialities of Italian & international cuisine and Mediterranean seafood enjoying a candlelit dinner. It will also offer various bars such as a lobby bar and a beach bar where we will serve high-quality drinks. All its 250 rooms have been designed with the needs of our guests in mind. Absolutely loved this hotel. The food throughout is amazing. The buffet is wonderful, so much choice and food is of a very high standard. Maison Plage is a great place to eat at lunch time, extensive menu to choose from, cooked fresh to order. The Roka seafood overlooking the beach serves sushi at lunchtimes, no need to book, we loved it there. The à la cartes are really good, especially Safran and levanta, we found the Roka seafood à la carte disappointing. Any drink is included with your à la cartes but you can buy wine off the special menu if you want to. Service at all of the places to eat is very good, very polite and friendly , I only encountered one rude waiter at the buffet which was a shame. The pool bar is great, loads of really nice cocktails, you can order from a QR code at your sunbed if you want to although sometimes it would be quicker to go to the bar yourself. Panora bar overlooking the pool from a balcony is very nice, a huge cocktail menu and they try to accommodate any requests. Great service at both bars. The pool was cold, one of the coldest I’ve been in, maybe a little bit of heating would be nice. Sunbeds very comfy, think padded beds, we liked to get the beds on the decking near the bar as they had the most sun all day, beware the decking does get hot. Gym is sufficient, not the most hi tech but fine while you’re on holiday. Room was lovely, nice and modern, cleaned every day to a good standard, we were room 1329. Hotel grounds are immaculate, lots of lovely flowers and palm trees, very clean. Lots of sunbeds on the beach, nice clean sandy beach, the sea was much warmer than the pool!!!! Great location, about a 20 min walk to the marina, lovely promenade right along the coastline. Entertainment was ok, acts came on every night, mainly dance acts. I think maybe a couple of tributes acts or something to get people up and dancing and singing would be good. Overall we loved our holiday and would highly recommend staying here
Excellent all round experience
We arrived around 1 in the morning and checked in quickly. We were told where our room was and found it ourselves rather than wait to have someone take our luggage. Although the room was lovely it was a bit of a disappointment as we had requested a room on a high floor 10 days before we arrived only to be given a room on the lowest floor. But apart from that the holiday was amazing. The location next to the beach on a nice promenade within easy walking distance of Side marina and old town. The food in the buffet, the à la carte restaurants and maison plaige was excellent. Among the best I have had at an all inclusive hotel. The drinks that were available were all top brands. Including malt whiskeys and Stolichnya vodka. With proper mixers. The only fly in the ointment was that if you wanted bottles of cola you had to go get them from the lobby bar as the pool bar only had draught or 2 litre bottles. The hotel staff were all excellent and very friendly. I want to mention some, Can ( Mr Cuba) from the pool bar makes a great French martini, Eda organises the darts matches with great enthusiasm even though she sometimes needs help keeping score, Emrah and Yusuf from the steak restaurant were very attentive and good at their job. Also there was Sirma and Duygu waitresses from the buffet and all day restaurant. I would also like to mention the entertainment at night which was amazing and very professional. You don’t want to miss any of it. The pool was quite large for the size of the hotel but I would have liked another ladder at the bottom end of the pool.
I’ve been to this hotel six times and always give a 5 star review. I’m hoping management see this as my 1 star review is for awful service at guest relations! My husband lost his prescription glasses on the beach - his own fault! I’m not blaming anyone. I contacted my insurance and they need confirmation that we reported them lost to the hotel. We did report them and a note was taken of our room number etc. The hotel are refusing to issue anything confirming this! Therefore we cannot claim for the glasses!! Customer service at its worst!
Currently enjoying a fantastic 2 week holiday. The location, pool, beach, restaurants and entertainment are all first class. The cleanliness is of a very high standard throughout the hotel. What stands out is the attentiveness of the staff in all areas. The waiters, the day and evening entertainment team all work very hard. The evening shows are very good and some spectacular. Party moon were exceptional and the Oktoberfest party was great fun. A special mention to Eda who made sure everyone had a great time, to Hussain in the Italian restaurant and all the staff in Maison Plage who worked really hard all day in the heat. This is a really good hotel and highly recommended to couples and families. Not certain I would recommend to families with children as activities for older children are limited. Mum celebrated her 80th birthday when we were here and Eda helped make it really special
