Hotel was outstanding. Service from all the staff was excellent and thank you to Ekatarina Özdemir for her assistance organising my request. Was there 5 years ago in covid times when there was some restrictions but this time it fulfilled all my expectations and needs. Definitely will be back. Thank you Ali Bey Resort

A great holiday! ​Very pleasant accommodation (two bedrooms and two bathrooms) that was ideal for 3 adults and one child. The minibar was continuously replenished. I really appreciated the cleanliness and the surrounding environment—we stayed almost right in a jungle, which was super cool and beautiful. Perhaps the balcony was just a little bit small for four people, and there could be more electrical outlets. ​Pools, beach, sea, aquapark—we enjoyed everything to the absolute fullest. In the main restaurant, we savored a great variety of delicious food, and we were also very satisfied with the drink selection at the bars. ​The daily program and evening shows were diverse, entertaining, and professional. ​And saved the best for last—the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming (special thanks to Mr. Aslan from the Peymane Bar). Thanks to the personalized approach of the entire team, we felt very welcome. ​Thank you, I hope this was not our last visit!

This is the last time we shall visit this resort we were so disappointed with the standards of the food and service in the main restaurant, we have been 4 times now and this will be the last the hotel much more expensive than other 5* hotels we have been too who provide a far better experience than what we have just experienced.

My 11yr old grand daughter hit the nail on the head when she sated there are too many people in the restaurant and they cannot cook the food fast enough for the number of guests it would appear that the main dishes would run out quickly and then there would be a wait time for the food to be re-cooked which caused even larger que's. The Chinese beef and beef steak was extremely tough and un edible.

Baked potatoes station que up in the baking sun no shade only one person serving which took approx 15 minutes.

The quality of the drinks was good and the staff were excellent especially Wilded, Seteney, Omer and Can to name but a few.

I have seen passed reviews which class this hotel as a 3* we would not agree with that and would suggest a 4* because of the drop in standards of the food. We know that Turkey has suffered with high inflation etc but for what we are now expected to pay with the increased cost of a holiday we would expect better service from a 5* Hotel?.

Would we return I'm afraid not as previously stated there are cheaper and better hotels from our experience.
