First time in Turkey - Definitely will be a re-visit
We have just returned from an amazing stay at Arcanus Hotel Side, and overall it exceeded our expectations.
The hotel is immaculate, with beautiful, well-maintained grounds and a fantastic atmosphere. The pool and beach areas are excellent, with plenty of sunbeds available and a lovely pier where you can relax and enjoy the sea. The entertainment team worked tirelessly throughout our stay, providing fun daytime activities and enjoyable evening shows for all ages.
The buffet food was a little hit and miss at times, but there was always plenty of choice, and you certainly wouldn’t go hungry. The real highlight for us was the fantastic à la carte restaurants. Each one offered something different, with excellent food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere. They are definitely worth booking during your stay.
A special thank you to Berkay in Customer Services, who was the epitome of professionalism. He made all of our à la carte reservations effortlessly and was always approachable, helpful, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had the best possible experience. He is a real credit to the hotel.
Another special mention goes to Gökhan in the lobby bar, who makes the most fabulous cocktails. His friendly personality and attention to detail made every visit a pleasure, and the lobby bar quickly became one of our favourite places to relax in the evening.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned to a high standard every day, with the minibar regularly replenished. Every member of staff we encountered worked incredibly hard and always greeted us with a smile.
The location is also excellent, with the beautiful old town of Side just a short taxi ride away and well worth a visit.
Thank you to everyone at Arcanus Hotel Side for making our holiday so enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality all-inclusive holiday.

This hotel is one of the best we've ever stayed in. Great food, great facilities and fabulous staff. I'm not usually one for entertainment but at this hotel it was really good and Altan and his team were brilliant. Not too pushy but so friendly and fun.
