Located in the Colakli district, on the Mediterranean coast and 8.5 km from the historical ruins and resort of Side, the hotel consists of 4 blocks and has 203 rooms. Suitable for families and couples, the hotel features a restaurant, a couple of bars and a disco, swimming pools (one with slides) and a mini club and playground. The beach is a short stroll away or there is a shuttle service available. Cafe bars and some shops can be found in Colakli, a couple of minutes' walk from the hotel.
Absolutely unacceptable service from the tour operator in Russia.
Just two days before our scheduled departure, after the tour had been fully booked and paid for, the operator suddenly changed the reservation status to “hotel not confirmed.”
What makes this situation even more outrageous is that the hotel itself had already confirmed our reservation. We already had the airline tickets and hotel voucher in our hands, and the trip had been fully arranged.
This was not a last-minute spontaneous trip. We had made plans well in advance, including a family reunion with relatives travelling from other countries. Because of this situation, everyone’s plans were disrupted and the entire trip was put at risk just two days before departure.
How can a fully paid and confirmed trip, with airline tickets issued and a hotel voucher in hand, suddenly become “not confirmed” two days before departure — especially when the hotel confirms that the reservation exists?
This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to deal with this kind of uncertainty and stress after paying in full and receiving all the necessary travel documents.
I will be filing a formal complaint and taking legal action to protect my rights and seek compensation for the losses, expenses, and inconvenience caused by this situation.
I strongly recommend that anyone booking a package tour with this company carefully document every confirmation, payment, voucher, email, and conversation. In our case, we are keeping all the evidence.
Very nice hotel in general - rooms, food and animators especially Hugo and Melo. We spend 10 days there and it was one of the best holidays.
I loved the hotel! Everything was perfectly organized, the grounds were cozy, the lawn was clean and trimmed, there was a great playground and club, and your child would have plenty of space to play and crawl if they couldn't walk. There was a great big pool, and the entertainers were fantastic, keeping you entertained every morning. Special shoutout to Hugo and Melo. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with children. We stayed from April 26 to May 17, 2026.
We are just back from 2 weeks at this hotel the place is fantastic the food is lovely The rooms are clean and tidy Staff are great shout out to mr boss Melo and hugo .who are all fab keeping eveyone having fun playing football darts etc .bingo is good at night we won twice 😄 also got t shirts made get them made if u can they are fab keepsake . We also got a turkish bath and medical massage it was amazing ... Shout out to the catering staff expecially dovlet who is great at helping and is always happy and waving when you see him .. We will be back soon

Great company. Their reviews speak for themselves. Very professional and accommodating. Knowledgeable and passionate tour guides and very professional and accommodating drivers . Would highly recommend . Not pushy like Anex. Would do it again with this company , we did Antalya tour and Pamukkale.
