Big hotel with outdated food , restaurants, reception lacking English speaking personal and no information at the check in and tiny elevators without air conditioning 🥵We used 2 hours at least to chase people at the hotel to figure out where can we find sun beds and towels. Staff is otherwise friendly if not too hot. On day 6 of our 7 days stay we finally could navigate in hotel knowing what is open in what time, where grilled food is served and what time Ice creAm Shop is open (16-20 All inclusive ??) we promised our kids unlimited ice cream 🙄 our overall opinion there is no training for stuff, lack of proper management...

And common, Russian songs in Turkey at evening show 🤯 pluses: several pools, fun aqua park , Sandy nice beach with roof and available drinks / food for all incl guests and buss that takes 2 mins to the beach.

Nice hotel. (After being moved from la grande)

Review by daz_ford Huddersfield, United Kingdom

So this is the hotel that we got moved too. When we were told that la grande hotel and spa had double booked. So 8 of us got transferred to this hotel...

Check in was ok. Our room was lovely. Down the tunnel at the back of the hotel. Looks like it was either a new block or had recently been updated. It had that new smell about it. The only thing that wasnt great was the view from the balcony..which was a building site. However no work was taking place and we didn't spend much time in our room or on the balcony. Staff - most of the staff are v pleasant. The lad in the upstairs lobby bar, and one of the entertainment team were superb. You did get some that didn't speak any English and were quite rude. Complex- good size, main pool was lovely. Did get quite busy but there always seemed to be room in and around the pool. The did have a kids area with water slides at the back of the hotel which got busy. Plenty of entertainment going on during the day and night. Food was very good. There was always something to eat. It was more of a European selection but u could always get some food. They had a small area near the kids pool at the back of the hotel that I didn't see till the last day that did different snack food. Drinks were v good. You can get drink 24hrs a day from the lobby bar. Bottles of water free 24hrs a day. The hotel was located just off the main road into side. 20 mins dolmus. U can get a dolmus from the main road for 3.5 lira. A taxi back works out £10. They have a mini bus that takes you down to the beech. Theres several shops near the hotel. Not many bars or restaurants. U need to get the dolmus 10 mins up the road for a bigger choice. Overall a good hotel. With comfy rooms, good food and drink. I'd stay again.

Cheated not recommended

Review by ahmadkD3355EP

I was cheated well and thoroughly by their photographer they have in the hotel got some family photos taken. The idea was that I should pay 50 euros for 10 family photos. When the pictures were taken we were told that he sells packages at some prices which is completely fraud...

Ended up paying for an album with 70 photos and 3 posters 460 euros. When I then got to talk to a Turkish friend who is from the area and examined the prices for what I have received, I found out that the man has taken our ass. Really bad that you can not trust and especially when it is within the hotel framework

Loverly hotel, not however the hotel we originally booked.

Review by Healeyg

We originally booked through love holidays we booked to stay at a different hotel but where transferred to this gem of a hotel. Don’t judge the hotel by your first night. This hotel is loverly on the first night we where in a very basic room...

So we went to reception the morning after the staff where amazingly helpful we where put into a suite on the 4 floor no extra cost the manager said your on holiday please relax and enjoy our hospitality. If you think we’ve done well leave a tip at the end of your stay. Food yes repetitive but perfectly ok remember it’s a mainly Muslim country so if your expecting ham, gammon, bacon and sausage you’ve come to the wrong country. You can get food even at midnight. Drinks are free 24/7 and the fridges in your room restocked and free. 3 pools at the hotel takes a little bit of finding to find the water park which is fab for kids. Entertainment a bit hit and miss but it’s ok. Loads to do during the day. Free bus transfer to the beach from the side of the hotel near the entertainment stage. Shops are good come out of the side entrance and walk down a bit there to the left and right of the hotel. There’s a chemist there to should you need it. The whole resort prefers Euros or US Dollars outside the resort prefer Euro but the exchange rate is just as good on Turkish Lira. Breakfast 8-10am Late breakfast 10-11.30am Pizza bar 11am - 9.30pm. Lunch 12-2pm Snack bar 2.30-4.30pm Ice cream 4-8pm Waffles/doughnuts 5-6pm Dinner 7-9.30pm (get there at 6.50) it’s a bit of a scramble for a table. Yes there’s a kids club, yes there’s pool side entertainment, average temperature 11- 16 July 2019 38oc with humidity of 37%. Overall rating of the Hotel Narcia 4.5/5.

Nice looking hotel but be careful of what lurks inside

Review by Clive D Blackwood Gwent

Hotel is ok but certainly not 5 star, but be careful of the management that run it, they are ignorant & are there just to rip you off, when we arrived late, we had the "old scam" of putting us in the worse room in the hotel, we asked if we could be moved next morning and the answer was yes for 90e and they wouldn't budge, if the hotel was full i wouldn't have said much but when it's half full then that's not right, we stayed in the room. I read the reports that it was all Russians & Germans and this is very true we were the only British there, now that didn't bother us until you get an issue, when very few staff at this hotel speaks english, & my wife's foot went through the plastic water covers around the pool, we had no sympathy off the management, the first words out of the under manager mouth through an interpreter was "it's your wife's fault & you take her to the hospital" not "how is she" All in all if you have no issues and you don't want to talk to anyone else give it a try.
