We had a really nice experience at Marvida Family Eco. The food was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a great variety every day, everything was fresh, and we always found something we enjoyed. The meals were tasty and well prepared, and we especially appreciated having so many different choices.

The Guest Relations team were also fantastic. They were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help whenever we needed anything. They genuinely seemed to care about the guests and made us feel very well looked after throughout our stay.

A big thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so enjoyable. The combination of good food and such friendly service really made a difference, and we would happily come back again.

One of the things we appreciated most during our stay at Marvida Family Eco Hotel was the Guest Relations team. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They made us feel comfortable and genuinely cared about our experience throughout the holiday.

Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, the Guest Relations team was approachable and professional. They took the time to listen to our requests and made sure everything was handled smoothly. We especially appreciated their positive attitude and attention to detail.

It was also nice to see the team regularly checking on guests and making sure everyone was enjoying their stay. Their warm and friendly communication created a very pleasant atmosphere.

A special thank you to the Guest Relations team for their kindness, helpfulness, and hospitality. Their efforts definitely made our holiday more enjoyable and memorable. We truly appreciated their service and would be happy to visit Marvida Family Eco Hotel again.

The hotel is lovely, spotlessly clean, lots of green spaces, and well thought out design in the layout of the rooms, and facilities of the hotel.

Weve spent most of our time here chilling around the relax pool, which has been extremely peaceful, and no fights needed to get access to the sun loungers. As a couple, and whilst spending our time at this pool, we haven't used much of the animation team, however the amount of activities that are advertised and the amount of staff dedicated to that is amazing.

Food is great, and on the whole very good, being able to find something to eat every meal with ease. If you are a fan of fresh fruit and salads you are extremely well catered for! The dessert menu is very typical of all you can eat buffets, so nothing really to write home about however, as someone who loves Baklava, I was extremely happy here. Staff running the restaurant are extremely efficient, and really polite and friendly, even if sometimes there was a bit of a language barrier.

Snack bar at the hotel is okay, however the main restaurants food is significantly better. Worth noting, we did find the meat pizza did result in some upset stomachs, an experience with shared with other hotel guests.

The availability of ice creams, pastries and coffees during the day is superb, and is something we have more than made use of.

Bar staff across the board have been great, super friendly, especially the staff running the ice blue bar by the relax pool (sorry can’t remember specific names). Main pool bar staff have likewise been great, particular shout out for Sultan.

Whilst here we have also used the Spa facilities, with a shout out for the friendly face of Biran in organising our visit, super friendly and a delight to talk to when on his rounds. Staff in the spa were extremely professional, and most importantly very good, with my partner and I have a great experience here. One small issue however was because the facilities of the Turkish bath can be used by the hotel guests around treatments, we did have to deal with children, and their mother shouting and screaming during something that should be relaxing. Though I will say that is not the fault of the staff, more an indictment of the lack of consideration from some resort guests.

We did also use the services of the photography team, Fatih taking our photographs and Nedim as our liaison throughout. Superb team, super friendly and an absolute delight in using.

Overall the place has been fantastic, and we highly recommend it to anyone, especially for those with children, as I genuinely have never seen a more family focussed and friendly resort.

A couple of small notes for those visiting, our transfer from the hotel was approximately 2 hours, which we found okay, however it is a consideration. It is a little bit away from Side, however the transport links are decent. Finally as English speakers going outside of term time, we have found ourselves in the minority, with only a handful of other English speaking families. Again this hasn’t been a problem, however the behaviour of some of the international guests at times has been extremely rude and inconsiderate of both other guests and the staff.
