First I want to say that in the last 6 years I’ve been in about 20 vacations around the world so I have a pretty good idea what a good or bad hotel looks like. I don’t know how they obtain the 5 * in Turkey but this hotel is nothing close to 5*. As all the other hotels I’ve seen there, and none of them were unde 5* 😄. Whatever 🙈 I start with the pros because there aren’t many 😄
Now the cons :
If you think you are safe with a room away from the pool area, surprise- all the other hotels around are like this 😐

Good entertainment team especially Scorpy, he was excellent show man. High level of hygiene in compliance with all protocols for protection against covid 19.
For the second time here, but this year…i was disappointed. The cleaning is so bad, the room dirty, the lady didn’t change my pillow sheets until I asked her to do it( after 3 days) and always came when we were trying to take a rest after having launch( after 1 o’clock) …and i tip her to clean. Eny way, not a 5* hotel anymore! Look at the photos :)
After spending 2 weeks in the hotel I got mixed feelings. Generally everything was ok but there are few points which make that place not deserving 5 *. Not even 4 when you take into consideration european standards...
Positives: Room is spacious and generally clean. Pool areas are very nice and no issue with finding beds any time of the day. 90% of bartenders and waiting staff are extremely helpful especially when tipped. They do care you are having all what you need and are very kind. Reception staff is helpful and kind.
What was not ok : Well first of all you barely can communicate in english. And I am not expecting everyone to be fluent but at least basics that are rekated to your area should be a standard in current times. Reception, few waiters and bartenders can speak with you but when it comes to housekeeping that is a disaster. And that is main point of my unhappiness. During our two weeks we asked literally 5 times for fridge topup, towels or beds to be done before 12.00 as we got small children having afternoon nap. We never been provided what we asked for. Housekeepers were magically avoiding our room despite the fact that we asked reception to help or even we tried to communicate via google translator to explain what and why we need. I suppose that 5* hotel is maintaining thebl rooms daily as a standard. Sadly we had to pile up garbage on balconies and sometimes we just did take towels or drinks by ourselves from trolleys standing on the floor.
Food is another disappointment. We still managed to find some stuff that was ok for us but menu was the same every day. Breakfast was worst when it comes to choice and quality. Butter which was off, cereals which tasted like paper and scambled eggs inedible at all. Not to mention coffee which tasted very bad. The biggest surprise was ala carte Ottoman restaurant. Dishes were exactly the same but just presented and served different way. And you need to book with relatiinship manager who never was there apart from a short moment few times during wholenl week and to be honest she is not a kind person at all. She acted as if she was making me ma favor at all that she spent 3 minutes with me.
I know it was a covid situation but everything here sucks. The rooms are clean, family rooms is big enough.
The beach is great and enough space and clean water, also the pool is nice, but hard to get a sunbead if you're a late person.
Now, the food, is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, been here for 4 days already, the food is the same, tasteless. Poor table service, they barely clean them and sometimes they just bother you when you eat. The drinks....
water, just drink water, everything else is bad.
Sweets and cakes, every day, the same, no taste. A lot of services are closed.
They barely speak English, I use google translate to speak with them. Some of them are really rude.
I don't recommend this at all. Look for something else.
