- Jasmin Beach Hotel

The hotel is located in Gumbet, approximately 800 metres from the centre and just 30 metres from the beach. The cosmopolitan resort of Bodrum, with its castle and the Museum of Underwater Archaeology, is approximately 3 km away. Guests will find shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife around 400 metres from the hotel. The complex consists of 2- and 3-storey white cube blocks, typical of the local style, set amidst well-maintained gardens. Pretty, brightly-coloured bougainvillea creep up the sides of the buildings in this popular apartment hotel. With 259 rooms in total, the establishment offers a rich variety of services and facilities. There is a choice of 3 outdoor pools and the hotel also has its own section of the sandy beach approximately 30 metres away where sun loungers and parasols can be hired. Guests are welcome to pamper themselves with a massage or SPA treatment.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We spent our vacation at the Jasmin Bach Hotel. The hotel's location was good, the service staff were friendly and helpful, but the rooms weren't properly maintained, the floors weren't clean, and the terrace restaurant within the hotel grounds was very expensive. The food was bad and stale, the staff were rude, and the cleanliness was poor. The all-inclusive breakfast was good but lacked variety. The food was served in the same cycle every day, reheated and reheated. The taste, flavor, and sauce were bad, the quality was very low, and the cleanliness was poor. The chefs' clothes were dirty, and hygiene was terrible. We ate outside. Apart from the hotel food, it was an average hotel.
We have just come back from this hotel. We couldn’t fault the hotel, our rooms were cleaned every day and fresh bottles of water put in. There was so much choice with the food we didn’t get bored of it on our 10 day stay, as well as the three meal times a day there was a later afternoon snack service which you could get burgers, chips and pizzas, ice cream, I think there may have been some last too. There was also cake time late afternoon. . The staff were so helpful, whether they were on reception, Anne in guest services was on hand for any hotel queries or local information, the waiting staff, the cleaners, the bar staff and the gentlemen who helped with the were all fab. . I’d also highly recommend the Turkish bath on your first day there, it was incredible, the gentleman that arranged it and the ladies in the spa were great! My husband also had a Turkish Barber shave on site. Our 12 year olds loved the pools. I was worried about the slides only being open twice a day, 11-12 and 3-4, but actually the kids just got excited for the sessions inbetween playing in the main pool. The entertainment was good, there is a mini disco every night, so my 12 year olds played in the games room when that was on but they loved coming out for the entertainment after, belly dancers, karaoke, contortionist. We did pay a little extra for upgraded rooms, this was well worth it. It meant we had two separate sleeping areas and the kids had actual beds rather than sofa beds. It also meant that we were away from the pool and entertainment, some rooms were directly facing out onto that area, which some people probably love, but I was happy to be set back from there. Gumbet itself isn’t somewhere I’d hang out, the bit by the hotel is nice for breakfast and to have a different meal out, but I wouldn’t spend any time in the main bit. We got a bus three times into Bodrum which is much nicer with a beautiful harbour and so many choices of shops and eateries. It costs about 80p person to get the bus from direct outside the hotel. The private beach is handy and free sun beds but it is a bit gravelly and gritty, its basic but ok, there is a water sports area there with lots of choice, which obviously you pay for, we did the parasailing and loved it. This hotel is what we hoped for our children and a family holiday that meant they were happy and content, we were fed and watered. My only negative is the wine on the all inclusive is diabolical, but I was happy with the beer and G&T’s and unlike a lot of these budget friendly all inclusives they were not watered down! The kids loved the Mocktails too 🍹 We have memories of our stay.
We spent our family vacation at the Jasmin Bach hotel. Everything was great, but the food was poor quality: greasy, cold, bland, and the meat was raw. They kept reheating it and serving it every day. We ate out every evening. I don't recommend it; don't have high expectations for the food.
We stayed at the Jasmin Bach Hotel. We went on an all-inclusive package. The location is good, but the food is terrible, inedible, and of very low quality. The staff at the hotel's terrace restaurant were very rude, the food was stale, expensive, and dirty; the cleanliness was awful. You can find cheaper and tastier food outside. The only good thing about the hotel is its location.
We had such a wonderful stay at this resort! The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming, especially the reception team. The resort itself was beautiful, the food was super good, and the location was perfect.
We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade and a late check-out at no additional cost, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Everything was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended! We would definitely come back! Rania Massroua
