So disappointed!!
I am so sorry that I have to share this review! I am so disappointed!! I paid for relaxed room with sea view thinking that is high rate from Standart room and what I have received........ I love Turkey I have been here lots of time to different places but for the first time in Bodrum. I needed few days off and deside to explore Bodrum. I booked Relax room with Sea view in Royal Asirilik spa hotel 5 star Utra all inclusive for few days . AND....OMG ....SO disappointed!!! This is my first day here and what I received!! .. Firstly I paid for Ultra All Inclusive and there is NOOOO water in my room to drink /make tea/make coffee !! !My room is partialy sea view! The room is 10 years old!! No renovation You can see from the pictures! I am so disappointed!!I love Turkey and have so many Turkish friends but this is not good! And lots of mosquitoes!!! The staff do not take care for the mosquitos! Will never come again! I have been to so many Middle East countries and Arab Countries also and they take care for the mosquitos and for the hospitality of their guests..a lot!.😳😳🫣🫣 So disappointed with Royal Asirlik hotel! And I really can not believe and accept that this is the service in Turkey!, particulary in Bodrum, the Pearl of Turkey....I will not mention the Internet connectivity . If someone from the managers of the hotel deside to ask me something I am here till 22.08 ..in room 316. Unfortunately! because I have already paid in advance. Do not understand me wrong! I do not want to make hate comments I just share my experience on what I have paid and what I have received!

Instantly asked to leave as can't tell me what's safe to eat
As a coeliac checked with easy jet prior to leaving they said contact guest services when you arrive which I've just done only to be told to contact easyJet and go to a different hotel they can't tell me what's not got gluten in as they don't have staff to tell me. Just go to a different hotel. Not to mention the bathroom absolutely stinks it's horrendous. Very dilapidated facilities look okay but not a high star at all.

Great resort with a fantastic atmosphere! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the drinks and the food were excellent, and the service was spot on. We had a really enjoyable time and would definitely come back again. Mustafa was very nice guy friendly and very polite. Highly recommend this place.! 🍻🍹

Our experience at this hotel was not as good as we expected; overall, it was quite disappointing.
The relaxation rooms were dirty and had not been properly cleaned. The rooms did not have Wi-Fi, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired.
The staff and the food service were satisfactory.
Ignore the negativity
We had a wonderful time at Royal Asarlik Beach hotel. My husband and I came with our 12 year old daughter. The hotel is in a good location and immediately on arrival we met Mustafa from the Panama bar was very friendly and always made us feel welcome and gave us a personal service. The bar staff are polite and don’t serve watered down cocktails. The food was plentiful and it lots of variety especially if you take advantage of the 3 al a carte restaurants on site. The entertainment was amazing and my little girl especially enjoyed the foam party! Billy who sells the best spa packages was not pushy, super friendly and offered good prices. I had my lashes done in the little salon by a lovely lady. Everywhere was so clean including the rooms. There aren’t many English families but that didn’t worry us We are a well travelled family and have always said we would never return to the same hotel but this one has us considering returning next year! Thank you so much for your hospitality
