Warm Hospitality & Great Memories
We had a wonderful time at RIU and truly enjoyed our stay with the kids. It was such a lovely experience for the whole family, with plenty of happy moments and great memories that we will cherish.
What really stood out to us was how welcoming, friendly, and helpful the staff were throughout our stay. Everyone was so kind and attentive, and their warm hospitality made us feel comfortable and well looked after.
We had a fantastic time as a family and genuinely enjoyed every moment. Thank you to the entire RIU team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We would be very happy to come back again!
Very Satisfied ; my new favorite stay .
We came for the weekend with the whole family, just to have a good rest and treat the kids. The kids' club here is incredible so beautiful and stylish! The children were completely thrilled and spent hours there. My husband and I were able to truly relax and enjoy a peaceful swim in the pool. The rooms are cozy, and the beds are comfortable. Huge thanks to Zaheed thanks to his attention and professionalism, our stay went so smoothly. He helped us with absolutely everything and showered us with care. The kids adored him, and we will definitely come back to see him again. Overall, we had the most positive experience.

My stay over
I stayed at Hotel Riu for 2 nights with my family.
Poor Experience:
- Baggage Lost - On day 1, my baggage was misplaced during check-in. No proper update was given initially.
- Restaurant Issue - Both Bangalore and Steakhouse restaurants were fully booked. After waiting for nearly 45 minutes, we finally got a table at 9 PM. Those 45 minutes could have been spent enjoying the stay instead of waiting.
- Minibar - For a 2-day stay, the minibar was refilled only once on day 1. It was not refilled on day 2.
Good Points: The entertainment team was nice and kept everyone engaged. Buffet food was good with variety. Overall it’s a great hotel for families.
Riu has great potential with good food and entertainment, but basic services like baggage handling, restaurant booking, and minibar need serious improvement. Not worth the hassle if you value smooth service.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel — the overall service was excellent and made my experience very enjoyable. The spa service, however, could benefit from some review and improvement. Special thanks Rakesh at the pool bar for his amazing cocktails, Mr. Yassin for taking great care of our luggage and the entertainment team for doing such a fantastic job.
