This beachfront hotel makes the most of its delightful location on beautiful Wolmar Beach, one of the finest on this island of outstanding beaches. This part of the coast is protected by a reef so the calm blue waters of the lagoon lap onto a shore of fine white sand. To the south, the blue outline of Morne Mountain stands in sharp contrast.
Rooms were comfortable, staff were helpful and friendly and general atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Always seemed to be plenty of sun beds available on the beach. Lovely walks in both directions along beach. Lobster dinner on beach was great as it was my husband’s Birthday during our stay. Give Prosecco a miss, unless you want to pay £90 approx. a bottle!
Well what can I say apart from this was our best holiday we have had and it was down to the staff at pearl beach that made this possible they all went above and beyond and pulled off an amazing wedding on the beach at short notice, made memories to last a life time treated like royalty from start to finish we would like to thank all the staff and to name a few Ramparsail, julietta, sandy ,hans, Kavish, rajeeve, viray, patric, linda, And chef kinsley And a special thanks to natish who worked wonders to get our wedding sorted Sorry to anyone I have missed but we’d like to thank everyone there Hotel its self was spotless and beautiful couldn’t of asked for anything more right on the beach front food was outstanding and great service
I can't recommend Pearle Beach Resort enough. The service here is by far the best I have ever experienced in a hotel and I have been lucky enough to visit lots of them. Every member of the team is friendly and welcoming and you are made to feel like part of the family. Sandy in particular made our stay special, always coming over to chat and giving us great advice on where to visit on the island. The restaurant team were all brilliant, Julietta,Julian,Ariella and everyone else (sorry I don't know all the names). Vikash and the other chefs always came out at meal times to check everything was perfect and chat to the guests. The food selection was good, there were different themed nights and always Mauritian food to try each day. There was always plenty for my boyfriend to eat who is vegetarian. We hired a car through the hotel, Luqmaan on reception was great at helping with this. I would definitely recommend this as a way of seeing the rest of the island. We love snorkelling and found that the beach the hotel is on, was for us the best on the island. You can swim very easily in the lagoon straight off the beach and see all sorts of different marine life, without needing to book a boat trip. We stayed in room 309 and it was perfect. This is one of the recently renovated rooms with a sea view. Sitting on the balcony at the end of each day and watching the sunset was my favourite thing to do. On arrival we were treated to a fruit platter and a bottle of fizz delivered to our room and a couple of welcome gifts. One night we were even invited for drinks with the management team in a 'secret' location. The housekeeping team were also brilliant. I loved that they visited the rooms on the evening to check if you needed anything even after they had already been earlier in the day. Damien from the entertainment team was great, I joined one of his aqua gym classes which was a laugh. He was quick to learn which guests were keen to join in activities and which ones preferred to observe and he didn't harass you. Patrick and the team in the bar were very friendly too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of coming to Mauritius. (Sorry I don't have any photos of the room but it was lovely)
Thank you for making our holiday so memorable, Maxine and David x
Pearle Beach Was one of the best holidays we have had the general manager mr David bundhoo. Put a anniversary meal on for us on the beach to celebrate our 40th Very hard working staff they can not do enough for you Mr David even put chips on for us . Very clean very tidy lovely rooms we was in room 304 over looking the pool and beach Mark & Carole
My fiancé booked this hotel as a gift for my birthday. The pictures on the webpage is absolutely not what you can expect there. Room: it was good but not value for money, it’s rare to see plastic curtains in hotel rooms. Cupboard looks and amenities was very basic. Somehow room was clean and spotless. Reception: being a Mauritian, I asked if I can book another room for my son which was not possible, somehow while chatting with few people the hotel was not full at all. My fiancé negotiated for the lunch for our first day as we checked in late, the responsible their was teaching his staff how to deal with is in front of us. So unprofessional, make a deal at the back and as a guest I just needed a Yes or No! But we finally got our lunch. F&B: this is not hospitality at all, all bill came with mistakes, also both for our dinner and breakfast we got our bill halfway of our meal. It was irritating and seems it’s normal to the staff. Mistakes was tried to be corrected on our last day for billing and I just signed it to leave as soon as possible. Have not seen any responsible since I am there, but had a good chat with staff from Madagascar. Entertainment is horrible. Food: poor buffet, lack of choices, same food for lunch and for dinner. Well we were hungry and ate outside despite we paid for lunch. Spa: we wanted a massage, been there at around 11:00 but no one there, door open and we made a tour there to find someone. Taxi drivers mentioned that may he they are in cabin, at least 1 receptionist to attend your guest for a four star resort. We did our massage at OM spa which was great. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone only if you just wish to sleep and visit the island. All I needed was value for money which is so disappointing.
