Best Hotel
We recently had our wedding at Citrus Waskaduwa, and I can honestly say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything was handled beautifully, and the entire day went smoothly because of the amazing support and service provided by the hotel team.
A very special thank you to the General Manager, the Banquet Manager, and the entire banquet team for their professionalism, attention to detail, and the way they made sure every part of our wedding was well organised. They were extremely supportive throughout the planning and on the wedding day itself, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind.
We would also like to appreciate all the staff members who helped make our stay and event so memorable — including the front office staff, room service team, restaurant staff, ground staff, and all hotel staff who worked behind the scenes. Everyone was friendly, respectful, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.
The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the room service was excellent. The hotel atmosphere, service quality, and overall hospitality were truly impressive. Our guests were also very happy with the venue, the food, and the service provided throughout the event.
Thank you, Citrus Waskaduwa, for making our wedding day so special and memorable. We are truly grateful to the entire team for their dedication and hard work. We would highly recommend Citrus Waskaduwa to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with excellent service for a wedding or special event.
