As Tour Director of NZSL Cricket & Tour Management, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team at this hotel for the outstanding hospitality extended to our three New Zealand cricket touring groups during our recent stay in Sri Lanka.
Looking after 75 players, coaches, managers, and supporters is no small task, yet the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was enjoyable, comfortable, and well organised. The friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care shown by all team members made our groups feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
A special thank you to the management and operational staff who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to accommodate our schedules, dietary requirements, transport arrangements, and the many requests that naturally come with large sporting groups. I would like to make a special mention to the following staff at this Hotel. Sherene, Roshan, Chalani, David, Asanka, Abhi and Jamith.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Prabath service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. The location was convenient, the facilities were great, and everything was well organized. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable.
