Terrible stay

Review by shivam0574 New Delhi, India

Pathetic service and property lacking basic hygiene facilities, terrible support from on ground staff. Would not recommend this hotel for stay. Expected high standards of service from five star property.

Who gave 5 Star Ratings to this hotel and Why??

Review by dhruval2016 Pune, India

Terrible experience with Park Regis. Poor house keeping service. In twin sharing they gave one glass to share...

Broken Mugs even they were not providing hand towels. Even towel quality was not good. Front desk support was pathetic. Room AC was pathetic. Even they don't have water tube for kids in swimming area.

Room Hygiene and Services: 2/5 Food: 3.5/5 (Thanks to Mr. Mrinmoy) Price for the Room: Not worth as per 5star ratings

There are better options available in Goa. Overall disappointing experience with Park Regis.

Don’t stay here if you expect hospitality from the staff

Review by nandiniyamdagni

Let me generously describe you my experience with the property The hotel staff were unresponsive as our requests were unattended for hours, for example: it took them 2-3hours to deliver toiletries like body washes and bath towels!!

The sausages in the breakfast were not fresh. Apart from that breakfast buffet was just okay.

The main thing which hit us hard was the experience at departure: we were not served water for 2hours straight and when we asked for bottles they made us wait for 45minutes, eventually we had to leave the place in a hurry

Pathetic experience with no hospitality or gestures from the staff

They are too dumb to respond..all of them except Jyoti who was kind and professional.

The other staff is just waste.
