Blissful Stay
Our stay at The Leela Kovalam was truly an awesome experience. As a family with kids, what stood out the most was the genuine care and personal attention we received throughout our stay.
A special appreciation to Mr. Sathish, the Room Service Manager, who went above and beyond to accommodate my kids’ special dietary preferences while also taking care of our family’s food requirements. He even shared his personal number so we could reach him whenever we needed assistance. That level of personal care is what truly defines the hospitality at The Leela.
What impressed us most was the attitude of the staff—always carrying a warm smile and never making us feel that anything was a “no.” Their willingness to help and make our stay comfortable made a big difference.
The management team deserves special appreciation as well. Excellent hospitality, wonderful service, and a genuinely caring team.
Highly recommended! The Leela Kovalam is a place where true hospitality is felt, not just experienced.
A beautiful stay
Our stay at The Leela Kovalam was truly beautiful and memorable. The property itself is absolutely stunning, and what makes the experience even more special is the warmth, hospitality, and personal touch of the entire team.
I would especially like to appreciate Shashank, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, memorable, and truly special—from the moment we checked in until the day we checked out. We visited The Leela to celebrate our daughter’s 2nd birthday, and the thoughtful room arrangements and beautiful decorations made the occasion even more magical.
Overall, it was an amazing and absolutely worthwhile stay. We left with wonderful memories and would love to visit The Leela Kovalam again. ❤️

Great first impression of India
I stayed at this beautiful property for nine days while receiving treatment at the Ayurveda clinic, and my experience was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end.
The location itself is breathtaking. Being right on the coast, I could open my window or balcony door and hear the beautiful sound of the ocean. The property offers every luxury you could imagine, and the entire facility is exceptionally well maintained, clean, peaceful, and comfortable.
The Ayurveda clinic was an incredible part of my stay. The doctors, therapists, spa staff, and entire team were caring, kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. The doctors checked on me three times a day to make sure I was doing well and taking my medications as prescribed.
I especially want to mention my yoga instructor. She helped me tremendously on my journey of learning yoga. She was incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging, and I am very grateful for everything she taught me.
The food and kitchen experience also deserve special recognition. Ayurvedic Chef Isaac was amazing. Every day, he personally discussed my breakfast, lunch, and dinner with me and adjusted my meals according to my preferences while still following my Ayurvedic program. His personal attention made the experience even more special.
This was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. I am extremely grateful to everyone who took care of me and made my stay so special. I am already looking forward to coming back soon!
