The housekeeping staff did a very good job during my stay. He was very polite, friendly, and helpful. My room was always clean and well maintained. He was doing his work with a good attitude and was always ready to help when needed. I really appreciate his hard work and good service.
Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far. We have emigrating to Abu Dhabi and so stayed here whilst the apartment was arranged and boys started school. The hotel is immaculate and rooms huge (we stayed in a family room) the food was varied and lots available and the kids loved the pool. Javed tidied our room everyday and left different towel animals everyday for the kids our boys loved it. He even noticed they had a line up of formula one cars and them created a picture specific for them based on the cars out of palm leaves which I thought was awesome.
Wonderful holiday Our 2nd visit to Al Raha and exceeded our expectations again We were very spoilt by the hotel staff and helped us to celebrate our belated 32nd wedding anniversary Special thanks to Shrijana in the Sevilla restaurant always happy to see us Our room was always immaculate and the towel animals were amazing Big thank you to all the staff too many to mention by name Hopefully back in December
Our holiday was amazing, all staff are very kind and welcoming. Especially our room cleaners Naim and Tanvir. Everyday they made a special animal from the towels with fresh flowers and roses. I’ve travelled a lot and they were the best!
