Pleasant Stay with Excellent Service I had a pleasant experience during my stay. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Special thanks to Ms. Lean, Louie, Shashi, and Mr. Karim for their kind assistance and excellent service during check-in.
The room was spacious and had a pleasant, comfortable ambiance. The cleanliness was also up to acceptable standards, making the stay enjoyable overall.
Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality and attentive service. I truly appreciate the effort and would be happy to stay here again.

One of the Best Hotels in the City!
I had a fantastic stay at City Seasons Hotel and honestly, it is one of the best hotels I have experienced. The customer service was excellent from start to finish.
A special thank you to Femi, who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. He was always calm, helpful, and welcoming, with a beautiful smile every time. He assisted us from 10 AM to 10 PM, and his professionalism and positive attitude really made our experience special.
The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the bathroom was also fantastic. Everything was well maintained and made us feel very comfortable during our stay.
And if you are planning to book, please don’t forget to add breakfast! The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of food and plenty of choices. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
I would also like to thank Lean, who kindly assisted us during check-out and made the process smooth and pleasant.
I will definitely choose City Seasons Hotel again. A big thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality. Highly recommended! ❤️👏
