A disappointing experience, especially considering this hotel was the property offered by Etihad as part of a free stopover package. I really have to wonder how a prestigious airline like Etihad can justify housing its passengers in a place like this. The room had furnishings that reminded me of those run-down 1980s guesthouses on Italy's Adriatic riviera — except those, at least, were cleaner. A distinctly dated style, far from what you'd expect from a hotel selected by an airline of this caliber for its own passengers. On top of that, there was a serious cleanliness issue: the room wasn't in the condition I expected, with an unpleasant, persistent odor noticeable from the moment I walked in, which I couldn't ignore for the entire stay. The central location on Electra Street is probably the only real plus, but it's nowhere near enough to make up for everything else. Bottom line: I wouldn't recommend it, and if you're on an Etihad stopover and have the option to request a different hotel, do it without a second thought.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, and what stood out most was the outstanding service from the staff. Everyone was courteous, attentive, and genuinely willing to help, which made the entire experience smooth and comfortable.

The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a relaxing stay.
