We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel while celebrating a family birthday, and it truly made the occasion extra special. From the moment we arrived, all the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating, and their exceptional hospitality gave us an experience we'll never forget.

We spend two nights and our breakfast is what we always look forward into. As it is my birthday celebration, wonderful staff served and sang me a happy birthday. This will not be possible without all of them... namely, Arjean, Aiza, Violah, Karen, Revky and Gopal.

What really stood out was how family-friendly the hotel is. The amenities for the kids kept them entertained and happy, making it so much easier for us to relax and enjoy our celebration together. If you're traveling with children, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Our stay was filled with beautiful memories, and the care and attention from the entire team made our birthday celebration even more meaningful. Thank you to everyone for making us feel so valued and at home. We highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone celebrating a special occasion. We can't wait to come back!

I'm a frequent visitor of this hotel and the staff are incredible. This stay, I want to recognize Passang in housekeeping. She is absolutely phenomenal at her job. She services my room and anticipates my needs. I never have to make requests because the items are already in my room such as extra towels, toiletries, and laundry sheets/bags. I can always tell when Passang cleans the room. She is very thorough. I'm always happy to see Passang's smiling face when I return. Thanks for being so kind, welcoming, attentive and detailed oriented.

Great hotel with friendly & professional staffs, clean room, and excellent service. Thumbs up to Millon (FO), Sami (Restaurant), Chef Alyanna & Chef Raj. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would gladly stay here again.
