Wonderful experience at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The lobby has a lovely ambiance, the room was cozy and spotless, and even the lifts were impressively fast.
Special thanks to Syfa at the front desk for being so attentive, considerate, professional, and well presented. Nipu at the pool was equally attentive and made me feel comfortable. The pool area is well maintained and feels very safe, with non-slippery flooring.
Neo took great care of me during the sumptuous breakfast, which had plenty of delicious choices. The valet team was also consistently attentive and helpful.
I also attended a Mediclinic meeting, which i am a Doctor there, in the Onyx function room, and the food served was very good.
Excellent hospitality all around. Thank you to Syfa, Nipu, Neo, and the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would happily stay here again!
Ms. Teddy at the club lounge was an amazing hostess and she took care of all our needs and queries. She was kind and showed great concern for our comfort. The hotel always exceeds our expectations and we were happy today too.
