Existing high standards of health and hygiene have been enhanced and we remain alert to local advice form health experts and government authorities; adapting best practices accordingly. Our measures include health declaration forms on arrival; temperature checks for all guests and colleagues; PPE available for all guests to use during their stay; such as face masks; disinfectant hand sanitisers and disposable gloves; PPE worn by all staff throughout the hotel; significant increases in regular disinfection conducted across all hotel areas; increased cleaning in place of air handling and fan coil units as well as regular maintenance and filter changes; increased cleaning in place of all hard surfaces throughout hotel public areas and in guest rooms; increase anti-viral disinfection measures in place for all in room soft furnishings and surfaces; table distancing measures in dining outlets.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at Emirates Palace and enjoyed every aspect of our visit. Our sea view suite was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with stunning views and everything we needed. The pool was relaxing and well kept and excellent for kids.
Service throughout the hotel was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. A highlight was Episodes, where the canapés and drinks were exceptional.
We would also like to thank Olga, who looked after us throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Emirates Palace for a luxurious and memorable getaway. We can’t wait to return!
Wonderful vacation!
I would like to write only a fantastic review about this wonderful place!! This hotel exceeded all expectations, everything was so fantastic that we will and will come back again! Huge thanks to the staff who work here, everyone is very kind and friendly! The hotel grounds are gorgeous, there is entertainment for everyone, we especially loved the morning cycling. I would also like to thank the Vendome restaurant for their delicious breakfasts, a huge selection, the staff is wonderful, especially Simon and Abdullah. We also always dined at the Episode restaurant, everything was wonderful, thanks to !! The room cleaning was wonderful, special thanks to Jayas and Wai Yan. I also recommend visiting the Michelin-starred restaurant, they are wonderful. Special thanks to the people who work at the pools, I didn't write down their names, but they were always friendly and kind! I recommend it to everyone!!
Martabaan Restaurant
Had a wonderful experience at Martabaan Restaurant. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was outstanding.
A special thanks to Farhan, who went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. He was professional, friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. His positive attitude and exceptional customer service truly stood out and made a great impression.
Thank you, Farhan, for your excellent hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this restaurant to others!

Amazing housekeeping team
Stayed at the Mandarin for a week. Amazing service and such a pleasant housekeeping team. Special Thanks to Rajesh and Farhan in the housekeeping team for making us feel so welcome
Exceptional Hotel and Staff
We expected a lot from this hotel and it didn't disappoint. The room was amazing, the restaurants superb and the staff were exceptional. We stayed for 6 nights and our stay was magical. Particularly liked the Lebanese restaurant with special thanks to Haitham and his staff. We also loved Episodes restaurant with special thanks to Rian and Hipolito for their fantastic service. Check in was seamless, with special thanks to Martin. All the staff we encountered were amazing and a credit to the hotel. We would highly recommend the Emirates Palace for your stay in Abu Dhabi. We will return.
