Satisfied experience
We held our wedding reception at their banquet hall. The food was excellent, and the service was commendable. Additionally, our room had been recently renovated which is really nice. The only problem was the parking space. But the location of the hotel is accesible to all, It's in the heart of the city.Thank you to Mr. Ronelle for assisting us all through out.

I would like to share my great experience at the Grand Continental Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers a very welcoming atmosphere.

great hotel room in great location
great location. had to check out of my apartment at 12 noon. my flight was at 4am so just booked into this hotel for a rest and somewhere to wait until my flight. My previous apartment I had been stopping in was £180 a night, only needed a room for 12 hrs and didn't want to pay this for another night in my previous apartment. So checked in here for £50. 2 double beds. big bathroom, water/coffee/tea facilities. In fact wish I had stopped here rather than the apartment I has near Yas island. Would have saved lots of money.
Kudos to the Restaurant team
I'm almost have been here last three months...
Hotel was good with wonderfully location.. so easy go everywhere...
Past days we always visit to the restaurant for the meals on full board plans..
The restaurant team was so good and greatfull..always welcoming with smile and hospitality.
Felt bad to leave you guys.. but if I get chance for sure I'll be back to see you all again. Miss You all...

The bad behavior of the reception staff
Very bad room situation all food and beverage items are dirty, we ask for lat checkout the etopien Ladie in the reception she was very filixibl she give me, next morning one Ladie from operated she called me asking me to checkout in morning when I ask here to see the system request she cut the call on my face, during checkout we complaint to duty manager and she come out of the office shutting at me and my husband montion that she is local she can fight with the guest wish is not professional I need , the duty manager was sorry for here attitude and he told that he will take care about this issue training and attitude, I need really serieux action to be taking by management, I'm hotelerie as well I never seen like this type of staff ore attitude
