We had an amazing experience at Grand Millennium Al Wahda Abu Dhabi. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality, beautiful ambience, and professionalism of the hotel staff. A special mention to Kunal, who was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. As we were new to Abu Dhabi, he went out of his way to help us settle into the city and the hotel. He patiently guided us, shared useful information about the city, and even recommended some great tourist places to visit. His friendly attitude and willingness to help made us feel comfortable and genuinely welcomed. The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. The ambience is excellent, and the staff across the hotel were courteous and attentive. The overall service made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is situated in the heart of Abu Dhabi and is directly connected to Al Wahda Mall, making shopping, dining, and daily conveniences extremely easy. Its central location also makes it convenient to travel to different parts of Abu Dhabi and explore the city’s major attractions. We also appreciated the overall facilities and atmosphere of the property. Everything felt comfortable and convenient, making it a great choice for both leisure and business travellers. Overall, our stay at Grand Millennium Al Wahda was truly memorable. The excellent location, beautiful ambience, comfortable facilities, and especially the warm and helpful staff made our experience wonderful. I stayed at this hotel for the last five years, and throughout this time the hotel management, specially Farhan and the housekeeping team have always been one of the strongest aspects of my experience.
The housekeeping team has consistently maintained a very high standard of cleanliness, attention to detail, and professionalism. I would especially like to mention Subhani, who has always been exceptionally attentive, helpful, and genuinely caring. His dedication and positive attitude made a real difference and made me feel truly at home during my long stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the staff truly made the difference. The reception team was beyond excellent: welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any request.
